I’d also agree A, it’s a desire to bring about adherence to sharia law within their “territory.” At least, that’s how it’s played out in every other country where they’ve done this. No reason to think that America is special enough or the cops in NYC are so incompetent and so corrupt that Muslims can’t get protection.

Examples of Hate and Violence in NYC against Muslims, that would warrant that level of fear. So much to the point that they get to impersonate Police cars?
