It still baffles me that the market cap of crypto is worth more than all the worlds silver. How can strings of zeros and ones ever hold value as "money"? Once you mine an ounce of silver you have the most shiny and best electroconducting metal on the periodic table. And it won't go away if the power goes out. Crypto, on the other hand, will require more and more power to maintain those zeros and ones until the last greatest fool.
