unlikely that Trump will nominate anyone pro-abortion.
The artificial womb idea isn’t bad. We should have those anyway for women who want a baby but can’t seem to carry one to term.
I suppose an extraction that saves a developing fetus would be acceptable to most. There are always lots of people who would like to adopt a baby! It’s the older kids, the ones with disabilities or criminal attitudes that present a problem finding adoptive parents. The parents who will take in a child with severe disabilities are just saints. Irresponsible selfish uterus-possessors who want “muh abortion” now aren’t even in the same universe!

You won’t go in for an abortion any longer. Instead it will be an “extraction”. Science will advance enough that a few week old fetus will be able to be extracted safely from the womb and developed in a artificial machine womb until they are adopted or enter a pro-life orphanage. This is the intended or unintended consequence of a Roe v. Wade reversal.
