The same study showed the Asian American applicants needed to score significantly higher on the SATs to gain admittance: 140 points higher than whites, 270 points higher than Hispanics, and 450 points higher than blacks.

Of course, all of this affirmative discrimination is done in the name of diversity, to make sure that Asian Americans are not “overrepresented” relative to their numbers in the national population.

As Nagai points out, “certain elite schools will only admit some Asian American applicants, but not too many. And indeed, not as many as their academic achievements would suggest.”

Trump, the man widely berated as a racist occupying the White House, could have never concocted or perpetrated anything remotely as complicated and sordid as the racist admissions systems in place at our nation’s top universities.

Not surprisingly, his politically incorrect and intemperate remarks on race have been considered an affront to the racist paradigm carefully constructed by these elite institutions and defended by the graduates they churn out.

But the noise surrounding Trump’s so-called racism cannot drown out the injustice committed by the real racists. Currently, Harvard is being sued for discriminating against Asian American students, while the Justice Department is conducting an investigation into the school’s possible discriminatory practices.

Let us hope the lawsuit and the DOJ investigation are enough to spur Harvard and other elite universities to admit their racism and end their discriminatory policies.

Whites and Asians require much higher scores of all kinds for admission to elite universities. This is pure racism.

The solution is to deny federal funding - including research grants - to racist, anti-merit institutions.

Asians can complain about it and not be accused of racism. Whitey, not so much.

In court papers, Arlington, Virginia-based Students for Fair Admissions said an Asian-American male applicant with a 25 percent chance of admission would have a 35 percent chance if he was white, 75 percent if he were Hispanic and a 95 percent chance if he were black.

Yes, and this is actually federal law: no institution which discriminates on race may receive federal funding.

It would be wonderful if Harvard were to lose funding over their obviously discriminatory practices.

All schools practicing affirmative action or diversity would lose federal funding. I wonder if there would be a legal basis to a class action lawsuit by those who were discriminated against based upon race.

This is why Liberals are a sham and even when Liberals send their property to a University so they can feel like they are learning like the smart white people.
They can't get a job when they graduate, because they were sent there to agitate and stir the shit pot of diversity race baiting than to actually learn anything.
I think it's in their scholarship contract that they can't actually crack a book and must tow the water for White psychotic bitches that identify as Black during the Election season.

A White person reading the Sunday Comics gets a better education than a Black person ushered through the higher learning institution by a White Liberal.

Which goes to show, the value of the ivy league brand name isn't all that, because it can be easily vitiated amongst the strivers without consequence to the university. The true brand names are still in the private clubs and the traditional wealthy elite.

It seems Harvard is pretty much a whore's den. They push a piece of paper with a figure across the desk, and if you agree, Candidate X is in. Rumor is that's what happened with Obama with a wealthy Muslim backer. Hmmm, those transcripts, shrouded forever in mystery!

I have a hunch that in the future, the platinum card ivy league ticket won't be worth that much as the tokens infiltrate the work force and everybody who encounters them go WTF, this is Yale, Harvard, Stanford etc.? unless they are the traditional drooling scions. Nobody expects much from them, anyway.

Have you no imagination? All the Asian Americans have to do is self identify as black. They gain acceptance into Harvard, and Harvard can show how its black students have shown remarkable academic achievement. After all, that self-identify worked when Harvard wanted a Native American on staff.

Poor black people who make it on their own merits and get into an Ivy League school will forever be suspected of not deserving their spot - exactly because so many others have used Affirmative Action to avoid real merit-based competition and thus jumped the line.
