There is also audio of screaming and crying.

Children shouldn’t be used as a negotiating tool. @realDonaldTrump should end this heartless policy and Congress should get an immigration deal done that provides for asylum reform, border security and a path to citizenship for Dreamers. https://t.co/OOjv0vNeVg

This policy is driving away Indpendents and suburban women like you wouldn't believe.

Another couple weeks of this and Reps can kiss both the House and the Senate goodbye.

If they only knew the FACTS... Think WaPo, NYT, Rachel Maddow, and CNN will tell them the information below?

Far from cages: Feds pay $670 a day to make unaccompanied alien children 'comfortable' .

The image of two illegal immigrant children sleeping on the floor in a chain-link fence “cage” swept the internet last weekend, sparking misdirected anger from activists who blamed President Trump for the conditions — which were actually from 2014, when the photo was taken, under President Obama.

Here is another image: illegal immigrant children set up in comfy dormitories, coloring with “multicultural crayons,” watching their favorite soccer teams from back home on the extensive cable system, even kicking the ball around themselves on a beautiful new soccer field — all paid for by taxpayers.

There’s “Spanish language yoga” for those that want it and trips to go bowling, to visit museums and even to hit up the amusement park, at $49 a ticket, also on taxpayers’ tab. The children chow on three meals a day plus snacks, since federal rules say they must be fed “until they are full.”

“This wasn’t a policy that was created under this administration. But unlike previous administrations, we actually enforce the law,” she said. “We actually think the law means something, and we’re enforcing it. But the president wants to see that change because he wants these loopholes closed.”

While the two sides argue over methods and motives, it’s taxpayers who are shelling out to cover the costs.

HHS paid more than $1.4 billion last year to accommodate nearly 41,000 UAC in its shelters. They stayed an average of 41 days, which means taxpayers paid about $670 a day for each child. The cost of holding someone in a federal prison — a comparison some immigration activists make to the UAC situation — is just $85 a day.

Southwest Key touted its provision of “multicultural crayons,” new sets of clothes for each migrant, gym equipment and regular field trips to get away from the dorm — activities including movie nights, swimming and bowling.

BCFS, meanwhile, was effusive in describing the steps it takes to help the illegal immigrant children be prepared for permanent life in the U.S. while making sure they also remain connected to their homes through special foods, celebration of their cultural holidays and that robust cable television package to make sure they don’t miss out on their shows.

“On-site recreation may include: soccer tournaments; movie night; playing games on the Wii; bingo and board games; basketball and volleyball tournaments; and Spanish language yoga. During the summer children engage in water-based activities such as swimming, fishing, and playing in the sprinklers,” BCFS said in the documents.

They can call back home a couple of times a week, they get comprehensive health care, and under government rules, the children are guaranteed three meals a day, plus two snacks.

I don't know what you are doing today but you need to get down to your local family court today at the courthouse and just sit in through the proceedings or just sit outside the Courtroom and hear the heartbreaks that come out of there. You would think people would have to be rotten to the core to lose their kids. It really doesn't take much for Liberal child yankers to rip kids from their families. These are Liberal voters, ask them how they feel about the fake Liberal outrage, while their kids are being systematically ripped from them for the most stupid reasons. I don't think one single person in that process has kids of their own to be as heartless as they are.

Uh huh. Just like DACA, MS-13 being a young group, and everything else. What was the National Dem lead in January? What is it today?

Smug Urban Professionals don't understand that the Dems always side with Foreign Special interests over American Normals, again and again - this will hurt Dems because this is yet another example in just the past few months.

This time, Jeb Bush and Michael Medved aren't the face of the Republican party, and the child separation policy was enacted by Counter-Child Trafficking activists to prevent people often with No ID from faking they are parents without proof from pimping out kids across borders.

I wonder why the Dems aren't concerned about the fact the majority of the kids are being sent here by their parents, but aren't accompanied by the parents. They sound like such responsible parents, we should never separate them.

Oh, wait, the parents already sent their kids away with a stranger, and they're separated... Hmmmmmmmm...

But, hold them in a facility set up like a hotel when they get here, until they can be sent back??? Oh, the horror!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

President Trump on Tuesday restated his support for his administration's policy of separating migrant families at the U.S. border, calling Democrats "the problem."

“We must always arrest people coming into our Country illegally. Of the 12,000 children, 10,000 are being sent by their parents on a very dangerous trip, and only 2000 are with their parents, many of whom have tried to enter our Country illegally on numerous occasions,” he wrote on Twitter.

"Democrats are the problem. They don’t care about crime and want illegal immigrants, no matter how bad they may be, to pour into and infest our Country, like MS-13. They can’t win on their terrible policies, so they view them as potential voters!" he continued in another tweet.

This thread is about illegals right? The one's who chose to hope the fence rather than come here legally..? Why the fuck would anyone expect to have rights in a country they are not citizens of, and entered illegally!?

My wife was born in Tijuana. Her parents naturalized her and her brothers. I know a guy from my FedEx days from Mexicali who was very proud of passing his citizenship exam. Anyone who thinks wetbacks should have the same rights as people who took the time to enter the country legally should be punched in the face. Fuck you for disrespecting my family and their decision to do things right.

But illegals that can't even take care of their kids in thier own country come illegally endangering kids are supposed to get a pass all of a sudden. Leon doesn't want to explain what Obama did to get Tough on Wall Street, because he knows he was in bed with them.

Some call pointing this out, "Deflection".

Leon never held Obama accountable, knew Hillary absolutely wasn't going to stand up to Banks but rather bend over for them, but criticizes Trump for not doing so (though he never promised to do so, either).
31   Misc   2018 Jun 19, 4:43pm

If the Lefties were really concerned about the children, they would push for extra charges against the parents for child endangerment for those children travelling with the parents. For those children showing up on their own, when the parents are located they should be charged with child abandonment. --- but the Lefties are not really concerned about the children, they just want anti-Trump talking points.
32   Shaman   2018 Jun 19, 4:52pm

The parents line up their kids, and pay the human smugglers. Then they assign the six year old to care for the 4 year old, give the 11 year old a few doses of Plan B (because rape by the smugglers is inevitable), and say goodbye to their progeny for the rest of their childhood. A few weeks later, the childrens’ fate is decided when they cross the border. If they are stopped by the border patrol, the kids go to a nice facility where they are safe and their every need is met.

If they are unlucky, they don’t get caught by the border patrol. Then the smugglers sell them to whorehouses and pedo “farms” where the rich and decadent can rape them until they die.

Oh, and those perverts are the ones protesting the childhood detentions.

Can you guess why? What did Podesta call brown kids he was about to use as sex objects? Walnuts? It’s a sick situation, and the BEST OUTCOME is for the kids to wind up in One of these much maligned detention centers.
33   MrMagic   2018 Jun 19, 7:50pm

I wonder how Leon can spin these little tidbits... The Liberal hypocrisy, too bad there are videos in the archives...

Flashback: Both Hillary And Obama Advocated Separating Migrant Families, Strict Border Control.

While the left rages against "separated migrant children" which they blame on President Trump's "zero tolerance" enforcement policy of Bush-era rules, several "inconvenient" video clips have cropped up revealing both Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama advocating virtually the same border policy they are currently attacking Trump over.

For example, Hillary Clinton said during a 2014 CNN Town Hall;

"We have to send a clear message, just because your child gets across the border - doesn't mean your child gets to stay" www.youtube.com/embed/NH6RZFU1_m0

Such virtuous signaling could only be outdone by this clip of Obama:
https://twitter.com/twitter/statuses/1008928564836749312

And let's not gloss over the fact that Obama separated migrant families, while taking criticism for encouraging migration while ignoring the growing crisis at the border.
http://forms.nomoredeaths.org/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/Lateral-Repatriation-Fact-Sheet.pdf

But wait - rolling the calendar back to 1995 when Bill Clinton promised to crack down on illegal immigration, we have the following quote:

"In the budget I will present to you, we will try to do more to speed the deportation of illegal aliens who are arrested for crimes, to better identify illegal aliens in the workplace. We are a nation of immigrants, but we are also a nation of laws."

Meanwhile, in 1993 and 1994, Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) had some harsh words about immigrants:

"We've got to enforce our borders... The day when American can be the welfare system for Mexico is gone... I think we should enforce our borders..."

So, just a reminder to all you Liberals. you can now STOP with your hypocritical deflecting!

I'm all for the wall. If we allow every single person who wants to come to America, to just walk in, we will face a major crisis. We are all immigrants, lets welcome other immigrants, but let's use common sense at the same time.
Lets give priority to those with skills, who will contribute to our finances and well being, rather than to those who will drain our finances and our well being.

That's BS and against the rules. For a moderator, it's very troubling to see such a post.

I'll be the first to say Obama was disappointing in many ways. And not being tough enough on Wall St. is a valid criticism. But he's no longer President. We're talking about the man who is President right now--Donald Trump. The one who campaigned about getting tough on Wall St. And how Hillary is in Wall St.'s pocket. Well, surprise, surprise:
