Gotta keep that body moving if you want to eat fats, that's why people run to ketogenic, they don't want to have to work for it, and ketosis is only as healthy as the fats you can acquire, animal fats being more top of the food chain gather toxins. Plant based diet is sprayed with chemicals and use fertilizers instead of good dirt to grow. It's getting harder to source good healthy foods.
