I don't get it: we keep hearing all this whining about our courts being too eager to throw people in prison for petty crimes but this guy is clear evidence that not only nothing of the kind is happening but that our courts allow these fucking animals to roam our streets creating mayhem with impunity for decades on end.

Routine in Santa Cruz, too. Same crazies/druggies have been picked up as many as three times in a single day, released, just to go out and offend again as soon as they are back on the street. Even if they are on probation, nothing happens. Probation means they are supposed to go back to jail if they re-offend? Not in SC.
