Not to think tanks, PACs, to hire lobbyists on their behalf, not to Foundations set up or led by current or former federal elected officials or Presidential Libraries : to everything and anything politics related? Any exception must be voted by Congress, same as accepting a foreign title or office (the Emolument or "Title of Nobility" Clause, Art I Sec 9 Clause 8)
