The .... Florida teenager ... will be awarded a ... bachelor's degree in aeronautical science from Florida Memorial University.

See Marcus, this is where we question your ability to teach math and your lack of logic.

The logic of the situation is only that it was not believed by a jury that it had been proven that Zimmerman committed second degree murder, given what the the Florida stand your ground laws allow.

None of this contradicts my opinion in the slightest.

I never deneid Zimmerman's denial that he caused the fight (if there even was one). I'm only arguing that Zimmerman's idiocy and wrong behavior that night caused the death of Martin. It's kind of simple really.

Trayvon was abandoned by both his parents, which the media did not bother to explore, and was being raised by an Uncle and Aunt.

His own hobag biological mother, who lived only blocks away, had almost nothing to do with him. She gave 3 different answers as to his favorite food. But she had a lot of facebook photos with her tattooed tits half out. Legacy Media never put the dots together or dug at all, going with the straight "Racist attack" nonsense. In actuality in his last year in school, he hardly appeared and when he did he was suspended. With 53 suspensions and absences, he should have been in Truancy Court.
His mom told the media "Well, WHEN he stayed with me, IF he got up for school..." In other words he was not going most of the time.

Also, he should have been arrested for burglary but because the School Resource Officers report to the Miami-Dade Superintendent of Schools and not the Chief of Police, they decided to give Trayvon a suspension, in view of the 12 pieces of female jewelry, male watch, and flat head screwdriver they found in his locker. Exactly what was reported stole near the school weeks earlier.

Why? "Miami Dade Student Problems drop 60%". Yeah, right!

This is one problem i see with schools. They are too easy on budding criminals.

The reason this is so ridiculous is that dead people can't use college degrees. Trayvon is dead, Marcus. Dead and rotting with worms. Let that be a lesson to thugs everywhere and delinquent parents who pump out babies and then abandon them to the streets.

Yep. It was the Parents AND the self-promoting Educational Administrators deciding neither to put them before Truancy Court AND not forward the discovery of stolen jewelry as a crime to main Miami Dade Police Department for prosecution --- in order to beef up the Admin's numbers. Because of the coverup, the "found property" has been locked up in a Government Warehouse and not returned to the burglary victims, since it was never filed and connected to the burglary.

Trayvon was also involved in fights the few times he actually went to school.

"It's a turnaround"

Internal Affairs was more interested in prosecuting the whistleblower.

https://www.scribd.com/document/135564937/Sergeant-William-Tagle-Internal-Affairs-Investigative-Report

On the other hand, Zimmerman was also a man looking to pick a fight to be a gunslinging hero. Two fucked up people met that day, but only one was armed. The other was only on "sizzup" aka sugary juice mixed with cough syrup and sugary foods, like Skittles.

1. If you rob a seven eleven today and get away with $394, and tomorrow you mug an old lady for $16, how much did you make?
2. If you spend that money on drugs costing $126, whores costing $180, and bailout a friend from jail at $200, how much is left?
3. If the cops are chasing you at 96mph, how fast do you need to go to evade capture?

I'll just stick with my edited version of my question. We've been through this before. Given that there were no witnesses, or very limited witnesses anyway, it would be impossible for Zimmerman to not give a version of events along the lines that he does, no matter how it went down. (I don't need to make up any bullshit).

What we know for certain is that Martin was not armed, and Zimmerman was told not to approach him, which common sense would have dictated too. It's almost as if Zimmerman felt that he needed to kill him for some reason.

Who can honestly claim that Zimmerman didn't fuck up big time that night ? Even Zimmermean would have to admit that, if he is any kind of human being.

When a stranger that you don't know tries to detain you, presumably with threats as to what will happen if you try to keep going, what are you supposed to do ?

If he reacted with something like "fuck off," and then Zimmerman grabbed him as he continued walking, then of course a fight ensued. Does that seem far fetched to you ? Given that we know Zimmerman approached him while armed with the intention of detaining him ? And also given what we know from other Zimmerman stories ?

Using speculation to fill in the gaps between what the facts tell us, if based on common sense and logic, is going to be at least as accurate as listening to Zimmerman's story.

MY question is this. When Zimmerman decided to go against what he was told by the dispatcher, to follow and or confront Martin what was his plan ? Since he was armed, what did he think would happen if a problem arose, and why did he think it was his place to do that ?

If I was speculating in a more crazy way, as people tend to do about Martin, I would wonder what the chances are that this was a complete set up by Zimmerman to murder Martin, and that he knew him from past drug deals or some other kind of criminal association. . WE do know that Zimmerman had a drug problem with excessive use of speed (adderall). Would that be consistent with having a cocaine problem too ? Perhaps Martin had agreed to distribute for him and owed him money, and threatened him in some way, relative to his reputation as fake community cop ? OR perhaps Martin was taking heat for robberies and Zimmerman was afraid Martin was going to give him up if interrogated about the robberies?

You said yourself, we know about what a nutjob Zimmerman was/is, and he was an adult. Where as Martin was a kid, who might have had some adolescent issues with judgement that he would have grown out of. That's why I tend to judge Zimmerman more harshly. Bottom line, Zimmerman killed the kid and I don't buy his story.

Martin wasn't detained by Zimmerman. He followed him and asked him what he was doing. Martin apparently attacked him.

Zimmerman AND Martin's injuries are consistent with Zimmerman being knocked down and staddled by Martin, who is then shot by Zimmerman.

And, it pains me to remind Liberals: You can't convict somebody of murder if you're not sure it was intentional.

Second, how many of our more progressive friends here have talked to working class Hispanics over a few beers about race issues? I suggest doing that, you will learn a lot of things that do not show up on CNN.
Third, from what I gather, TM was a crook. Did he deserve to get shot - no, was it tragic - yes, did Zimmerman did not think everything through before acting - yes, but given circumstance of having his head hit on pavement, Zimmerman did only thing that was logical.

Murder requires intent. From calling 911 to taking the time to ask Martin what he was doing in the neighborhood, it's clear there was no intent to kill.

Otherwise he would have just shot him to start with.

The truth is Martin was a home robber and a drug user and clearly on the way down, THC in his bloodstream and carrying Skittles and Cough Syrup to make "Lean", mostly his Fat Twerking Hobag Mother's fault. Which is why we need to start charging parents with criminal neglect (inc. mandatory prison time) for the actions of under 18s.

The biased FakeNews Media even reveals truths they did not intend, like when they asked Fat Twerking Hobag Mom what he liked.

Asked her what her fucking child liked.

And she couldn't answer. Eventually, she cooked up that one time as a little boy he saw some planes and therefore the Aeronautics Degree.

Why are you still arguing the point that the police dispatcher told Zimmerman not to do something?

Any order from a police dispatcher is about as useless as tits on a mule, and for that matter so is advice or any non legal order from a cop.

Such orders are risk management mitigation designed to protect the law enforcement agency from civil lawsuits. They are not about protecting the citizen at all.

Now whether or not Zimmerman exercised good judgement is another matter and I don’t think you’ll find anyone that thinks he did so.

For someone who puts themselves forward as such a bright individual, your understanding of the law is awfully limited.

Covfefe, the whole thing is moot. After dispatcher told him not to pursue. Zimmerman lost Trayvon for several minutes - by the way he didn't know he was white or black because he had his hoodie over face and hands in pockets.

4 minutes after he lost Trayvon, he got out of his truck to look around a corner, that's when he spotted Trayvon, said "What are you doing here?" and Trayvon ran up and smashed him with a piece of concrete he "just happened" to then be carrying.
