White House press secretary Sean Spiceron Thursdaysuggested the Trump administration will step up enforcement of federal laws against recreational marijuana. I do believe that youll see greater enforcement, Spicer said, while adding the exact policy is a question for the Department of Justice. Its the latest sign President Trump is poised to take a tougher approach than the Obama Justice Department did in states that have legalized the use of recreational marijuana.

Hope the battle goes to court and this is one area I want trump to lose-if that is his position.

I thought democrats said MJ is more important than tomato's, lettuce, and collard greens.

Next think you know people are going to have to start working for a living.

Feed the Supreme Court some "brownies" prior to testimonies.

Yes, I also want Trump to lose this one.

When I was in the Navy, I saw people smoking MJ in the JP-4 cargo hold. I saw people risk other peoples lives to get stoned.

When I was in High School, I saw kids get inducted into gangs and OD on drugs - each started with the gateway drug.

Most of the people who did not make my High School Reunions were due to Motorcycles or Drugs.

I found that the use would make me dumber when I really was trying to be smarter.

I am not sure of other peoples experience with Marijuana, but for me its not a panacea, in fact I think it destroys youth, critical thinking, industriousness, can cause forgetfulness in young and old age. Its worse than Sessions is saying by far.

How about Drug Zones:

If you want to want to smoke this, you have to sign an affidavit, that if you overdose, you cannot claim Social Security to a drug overdose disability.

Lawyers will make out more than the pot shops - what a regressive idea.

What about the future Einstein that stones his way out of his/her potential.

The Apple founders were all stoners.

They are only doing this because they want to arrest Obama in the act.

This is good news! Fuck freedom and liberty and the pursuit of happiness, just as the founding fathers and anti-American retards intended!

Trump answers legalization of marijuana question at Reno, NV rally on 10/29/15. His answer he addresses medical marijuana and legalization of RECREATIONAL marijuana. Stupid, uninformed comments are allowed.

Kale and Spinach - you can tell the equivalence by imagining if you were stranded on a desert island. If you had to chose a pound of Kale or a pound of MJ per day, which would you chose, if that were the only foodsource. Then you need liquids, what would you chose, 1 litre of Vodka or a 1 litre of Water.

Fast forward to 2017. We have all sorts of liberties, but all of them are taken for granted, and in a great irony, people do things that reduce their own liberty and that of others.

Like when a so called "American " advocates for hemp/cannabis prohibition?

False equivalence, however, if we're going to entertain silly hypotheticals, you can do better.

You always pretend to be so into science, so answer me this simple question: Which plant provides a better means of nutrition, kale micro greens or cannabis micro greens?

So people of that intelligence level could only screw up if cannabis existed? Nigga please!

Cannabis is an herb, not a drug. Also, IMPOSSIBLE to OD on as the endocannbinoid system triggered prevents extreme reactions by it's very design.

Why should representatives funnel all that money to the billionaires?

Why does fraud and malfeasance never get prosecuted and punished except for the rarest cases?

Why does passive income remain largely untaxed and wages fall over 30 years as productivity rises?

Yes, these things are the central issues.

Now how can we get NPR to talk about them?

If CA can stop the protection off illegals maybe he will light up on the issue.
