Probably just needed to factor in that the 'undecideds' had really already decided.

If not for excuses, you'd have nothing

Simple, they just provide the results they were paid for.

"Scientific" polls

The polls lost harder than Clinton. I agree completely with the op, absolute trash,

Funeral announcements for the polling industry and the mass media will be announced soon.

Send donation to Donald Trump who will be making arrangements and giving the eulogy.

Remember... they didn't get it wrong.

They lied.

Big difference.

Whether they got it wrong or they lied, I never want to hear from the assholes again.

Reminds me of a scene from the movie casino where Robert Deniro says, "either you were in on it or you were too incompetent to see it was happening. Either way you're out"

LOL

So do pollsters wake up and realize they can't cook the books anymore? What about the media who was just as out of touch with most Americans as the polls where?

12   Shaman   2016 Nov 9, 8:56am

The media destroyed every last bit of credibility they had in a boldly partisan attempt to get Hillary elected.
Now what good are they to anyone? I predict some media sales.

Nate Silver was wrong twice in a row now about Trump. His credibility as either a journalist or a political prognosticator is toast. But no problem, I hear they need construction workers for a big beautiful wall on the Mexican border!

Don't forget his big BOMB on Bernie in Michigan... off by 20 points!

In hindsight, that was prophetic about Trump's victory there.

Trump won more Non-College Educated than any President since Reagan, back when Non-College educated people were much larger in size than today.

Media has a big egg on their face this morning.

The outcome of this election is the best supporting evidence we've seen in our history to remain objective to what media is reporting. That's one of the big lessons coming out of all this.

Polls are fishing worms for the gullible.

Actually.. three times. Primaries, his model and his prediction (not that I'm counting)..

The two most accurate polls, were the two most criticized for being outliers:

The LATimes/USC and IBD-TIPP polls.

Watching Megan Kelly twist herself to be in favor of Trump again is fun!!

22   Tenpoundbass   2016 Nov 9, 6:50pm

How many Polls does it take to screw up a Dim Bulb?

All she needs to do is flash a "property of Trump" tattoo over her tweety, even if it is only a temp.
