I am at my local Starbucks for my morning coffee. Sitting at the table next to me is a mortgage broker trying to convince a Realtor that she should be his exclusive lender.

Both are dirt bags and a perfect example why I do not trust these so called buyer agent's.

one more reason why I'll never work with realtors and their "preferreds".
