Unaffordable housing could kill global cities

The rich would need to become poor first.

In other news on this day 3/9/2018 Donald Trump wins Nobel peace prize for solving Affordable housing prices.
He said "Look it was very simple, you had a finite of real estate stock. Which created unjust premiums and price pressures on the available housing. You know we dodged a huge bullet. Could you imagine had everyone in the rural areas had moved to the Cities like Obama's initial policies tried to facilitate? All we needed was single family houses being built in the $95K to $225 ranges. And it killed those $1mil 800 sqft condo prices in every Metro in America. I mean I'm surprised I'm getting this award to be honest with you. You can't believe the death threats I've gotten? Even after... well you know!"
Trump alluding to Mitt Romney's assassination attempt on Donald Trump, during his inauguration speech.

By March 9, 2020 Trump will solve the Islamic problem.
By March 9, 2024 Trump will become God.
By March 10, 2024 we will wake up.

A city of rich have-beens is dead by definition. No need for them to be poor.

What you meant to say in Unaffordable Cities kill global housing.

Nothing like piling people up in a bunch, and then wondering why murder, accidents, bad health, happen.

Get back to nature. Or else nature will get back to us.

Getting back to nature would mean the lazy bums who free load and commit crime in the cities would need to do some real work for a change. I suggest we just keep them there, and build a wall around them.

New Yorkers live 2.2 years longer than the national average.

The odds of a violent death are higher in rural areas than in urban ones: about 20% higher. This includes homicide: there is a much higher chance of being murdered in cities, but homicide isn't that common compared to car accidents and other violent events.

People in cities tend to walk more, and drive less, which means fewer fatal car accidents and better cardiovascular health.

Come to the city. It's healthier!

This is a national and international generational disparity issue:

From the article:

“What is playing out here is the result of housing equity being concentrated in the hands of the boomer generation, with generation Y being excluded from the housing market by the amount of deposit they have to raise.
