This is an interesting tutorial, for the compliant statist, that the Leviathan continues to exercise its ability to take all your shit at its whim.

"When the cops raided Ginnifer Hency’s home in Smiths Creek, Michigan, last July, “they took everything,” she told state legislators on Tuesday, including TV sets, ladders, her children’s cellphones and iPads, even her vibrator. They found six ounces of marijuana and arrested Hency for possession with intent to deliver, “even though I was fully compliant with the Michigan medical marijuana laws,” which means “I am allowed to possess and deliver.” Hency, a mother of four with multiple sclerosis, uses marijuana for pain relief based on her neurologist’s recommendation. She also serves as a state-registered caregiver for five other patients
“After they breached the door at gunpoint with masks, they proceeded to take every belonging in my house,” Shattuck said. The cops’ haul included bicycles, her husband’s tools, a lawn mower, a weed whacker, her children’s Christmas presents, cash (totaling $85) taken from her daughter’s birthday cards, the kids’ car seats and soccer equipment, and vital documents such as driver’s licenses, insurance cards, and birth certificates..
Hency’s compliance with state law explains why a St. Clair County judge last week dismissed the charges against her. But when she asked about getting back her property last Friday, she reported, “The prosecutor came out to me and said, ‘Well, I can still beat you in civil court. I can still take your stuff.’”

Restore America is going to be an easy sale in 2016.

Easy Parcheesi!

Remind me which party has been successful in rolling back asset forfeiture? I forget.

I would image that it might be difficult to sell that used vibrator, unless eBay changes their rules.

She added that her 9-year-old daughter is now afraid of the police and “cried for weeks” because the cops threatened to shoot the family dog during the raid. Although “my husband and I have not been convicted of any crime,” Shattuck said, they cannot get their property back, and their bank accounts remain frozen.

The cops committed armed burglary and made death threats to both the residents and the dog. If the family had "stood its ground" and shot all the police dead and lived to tell about it, would the state respect their Second Amendment rights to defend their family, their home, and their property? Would the pro-gun community respect the family's right to do this? Because quite frankly, if you can't defend your home against such a breach legally, then what the hell is the point of the Second Amendment?

Your answer to the problem of Dems being too conservative is to vote for guys that are even much more conservative? How does that make sense?

Just how we "restored honor and dignity to the White House" in 2000.

I'm not optimistic anything will change. Obama did with the "hope and change" Liberal blessing, that Republicans have been trying to do for decades.
I don't make any notion that America will be restored.

But it is going to be an easier sale than the tired old Liberal lies.

O'Malley can't even help him self to try to get through a ten minute "Restore America" speech with out delving full bore into a Socialist proclamation.

It's impossible for the Democrats at this point to woo the voting public. They are so far out of touch, the Liberals may as well as be some T.V. show, because they based in as much reality. And NOW, this TIME, people are fully aware of the Liberal's "Full of shitness" and know enough to stir clear.

8   HEY YOU   2015 Jun 1, 11:42am

"Full of shitness"

Iraq had WMD,Die American servicemen.

All the attacks on the Left will never cover up the sliminess of Rep/Con/Teas.

The only proper attack on Dems is "Fuck Democratic voters."

Son eventually you'll have to stop explaining every Liberal failure with reciting another failed presidents failure.
You act as IF you need reminded how, and why Obama got elected in the first place.
Let's move past the Liars, and I gotta tell you Kid! You're not doing much to present why we should trust another Liberal by name dropping.

It's time you kids grew up, the rest of America has.

Some people assume that they are immune from this shit because they don't engage in any activity that might put them at risk.
How about driving down the highway, minding your own damn business?
This is (8 minute video) a very interesting example of how blatant state sanctioned highway robbery is. The victim here is a
retired vice president of Weyerhaeuser Real Estate and is obviously baffled by the polite thug that is impugning his character while violating his rights. Note the cop's intention is made transparent when he asks if there is "anything of value" in the poor sap's car.

meh good help is hard to find, so cities are now hiring highway robbers for cops.

Defeating Cop Profiling for Wealth is hard. Too beat up of a jalopy, and you're a target because you're considered too poor to fight back. Too nice of a Pickup, which fits the profile of a Contractor who probably has a lot of cash on hand, is also an invitation.

Solution to these problems is simple:

The penalty for unlawful acts for registered state agents (such as police) in the line of duty should be 3x the penalty of whatever crime they are investigating. That is, if a cop falsifies evidence to gain a conviction with penalty 1 year in jail, and this falsification is later proven through DNA or other exculpatory evidence, the cop is immediately charged with gross negligence of duty and subject to 3 years in jail.

If a cop seizes property within the current law due to suspicion of a crime and the defendant is later exonerated, the cop is immediately personally liable for 3x damages - 2x due to the victim and 1x due to the state. These should be statutory rules so there is no possibility of a leniant judge or DA.

Cops would no longer prosecute innocent people, and they would no longer seize assets from innocent people either.

I love how this guy keeps switching up his chatter and keeps the citizen off balance.
Offering that if he'll cooperate, he'll help him out, meanwhile laying the next trap, then another....
This is a great example of how a seemingly innocent encounter can end up with
handcuffs, patdowns, etc.

At least he didn't riddle him with bullets when he jumped out of the truck.
