Lobbyists are being hired by assholes like me to outlaw credit unions, harass them and to remove their federal tax exemption.

Before you know it, you servants will have no choice but to bank at JP Morgan, Citibank, Bank of America, HSBC, Capital One, Wells Fargo, TD Bank and be charged $500 dollars a month for the privilege of having a bank account so you assholes can have the permission to make deposits to give us money.

Big banks are they only assholes in business who charge you to have the privilege of you being able to hand them your money.

All fees will only be waived for Gay Trillionaire Chinidians who shit gold because they have a minimum balances of half a trillion dollars.

Also we will charge $100 dollars a month for the privilege of having a debit card. You need to pay to spend your own money and if you want to use the ATM that would be $20 dollars for each session regardless if you make a deposit, withdrawal, balance inquiry or just log-in and do nothing because you are an imbecile. If it's an out of network ATM, that would be $10 dollars extra plus the ATM Operators Fee which is likely $20 dollars for each session as an industry standard.

Want a electronic statement? That would $10 bucks due to bandwidth usage.

Want a paper statement? Double!

Want to login into your account online? 20 bucks for each session!

Want to enter a branch even if it's just to use the inside ATM? $100 dollar cover. We need to clean the dirt from your footsteps, assholes. Hiring Mexican janitors to clean at night is cheap but still costs us money and we are greedy. The outside ATM doesn't cost you money but you will have to pay $20 dollars for each session.

Need to park your car inside our Branch parking lot? $100 dollars for each 30 minutes. Don't pay? We'll tow your piece of shit beater and minus the tow fees and bank services fees which would be around $3000 thousands dollars total from your bank account. Don't pay? We will repossess your car and also your house to satisfy all fees. If we negative your account for the towing, overdraft fees also apply.

Want to have the privilege of talking to someone inside the branch or on the phone? $200 dollars for 30 minutes. If you are even a second above that, it's now an extra $200 dollars regardless of whether you use the entire 30 minutes for the second session.

Want checks? $10 dollars for each to be printed plus shipping and than a $25 dollar fee for each check written.

Wrote a check that bounced? $500 dollars!

Deposited a check that bounced? $1000 dollars!

Overdrew on your account? $200 dollars each day for EACH transaction! Anything above $200 dollars overdrawn? $400 Dollars each day for each transaction! Anything above $400 dollars overdrawn? $600 dollars each day for each transaction! I think you assholes get it now, that it goes by $200 dollar increments!

Want to do a ACH transfer? $100 dollars!

Want to do a wire transfer? $300 dollars!

Dispute a charge? $500 dollars!

Want to close your account because of our hideous fees? $10,000 dollars!

New account openers receive a ONE PENNY bonus in free money.

*Total Fees listed do not include sales tax.

How many of you are finally sick of these big banks' stupid moronic fees these days?

Where do you bank?

Do any of your use credit unions?

How many of you will switch to a credit union pretty soon?

Did you know that credit unions have shared co-op branches all across nationwide? You can use their ATM's free of charge, make deposits and even use teller services? Your memberships to credit unions are also permanent!

STOP USING THE BIG BANKS!

There is no need to use them EVER. You have credit unions!

Update: Also Regional Banks, Small Local Bank and Small Community banks are also a very good option. Some credit unions are how ever not good banks. In Southern California, I hear a lot of complaints. Some credit unions are also really a big business in reality. They have "inactivity fees" some credit unions. But some states have made that fee illegal like Texas. So it can depend whether to use a credit union or not. Some of them can be a crappy deal. Regional Bank, Small Local Banks and Community Banks are also very good too and the fees are very clear with no "gotcha" trickery involved.

Bottomline? Stop using the big banks. There is no reason use them at all!

But I move around a lot? Use a credit union than with a coop network of ATMS and branches. If no good credit unions are available, than just use small local banks or community banks or regional banks.

It's doesn't take that much time to sign-up and set-up bill pays.

You can also have a prepaid card like American Express Bluebird that gives out checks as well with NO Fees for loading and no monthly fees at all as a backup if you move around a lot until you finally sign up to a local bank, regional or community.

But I don't even suggest a prepaid card unless you need to order things online or don't have a credit card ( I don't suggest credit card either).

Moreover, they are ways to manage your life without having to have a bank account.

Millions of Americans don't have a bank account and many of them say it is because of the unclear fees of many banks and that they design the fee structure to eventually screw you.

The big banks are not worth it for anything including convenience. Stop banking with them. Starve the beast!

Don't work for them and don't bank for them. If everyone did this, they would all collapse overnight from bank runs, lack of employees and lack of business.

They would not be able to operate and do the crimes that they do.

PS. Credit unions used to be better in the past. Still are better than the big banks but some of them are really not better. Small banks, local regional banks and community banks are also very good.

#crime

I bank at Ally, but was considering a move to county federal cu. I used to bank at ING, but jumped ship when capital one bought them out expecting it to all turn to shit. 8 years ago ING was amazing then interest rates kept falling. ING had the best website interface, but Ally has better customer service. I also have an account at BofA, which of course sucks but they are much better than Chase. Fuck Chase.

Capital One 360 is still free for NOW... But I can bet you that soon it will be like Chase Liquid. No teller services with Cap One 360 as well. No cash deposits either.

Good move, dumping them.

I would move to a credit union for your physical branch services and probably keep Ally too if I were you.

Chase sucks massive balls indeed. Really greedy bank. I mean incredibly.

BOFA banned me as a customer for life. And no I didn't overdraw, owe them money or do any stupid shit.

All four of my accounts were -100 Million each so they can freeze the account. Wasn't really negative.

They even made a lot of money off of me on various fees over the years.

BOFA is still a terrible bank. They only improved because of the huge blacklash from the stupid shit they did in moronic fees, mortgage scandal and a lot of negative PR from so many incidents.

They are not really sorry, they are just sorry it backlashed.

I moved from Chase to my regional bank after this happened... They sent a "you are pre-approved" letter to my business. We needed to pay bills so we took the BAIT. After 6 agonizing weeks of FOUR new requests for more documents by their "vice president of business loans" (who's previous job was at a Santa Cruz surf shop) they SWITCHED and denied. Not only is their CEO a criminal, their staff are inept and clueless.

Sorry, Bitcoin plays into the digital world currency that the banksters want. It could eventually be incorporated into that system or banned.

Completely agree. Digital currency will create more economic problems, more control on the people, higher taxes and more inflation.

Even worse than solely paper fiat currency or half digital half paper fiat currency.

Now we will have full digital fiat currency. The currency of Satan.

Yes, but do you see the headaches I would have to go through to make a switch.
I used to bank with World Savings. Never saw a line there, and the staff would do anything for us. They got taken over by Wachovia during the crash, and then Wells Fargo took over Wachovia.
If the checking account interest rates are high enough I might still take the plunge and go Credit Union.

No.

If you want to do it in person just go to your bank and ask to cash out your accounts in the form of a cashiers check. After you get your check make a lewd proposal to that cute cashier, who knows when she sees your large *account balance* maybe she'll go for it. If not on your way out drop your pants in the lobby and take a massive dump right then and there. Wave to the security cameras with a giant smile on your face.

Its what AF would do.

Then take said cashiers check to the credit union of your choice and tell the nice people there you want to open an account. Bring a drivers license and/or a valid passport.

The credit union of your choice may allow you to open an account online. Takes 10 minutes. My credit union allows external funds transfer online. Its easy.

OK, no excuses anymore! I expect to be hearing about your bad bank behavior on the evening news.

Capital One 360: Feature Update

Cash deposits at ATMs now including partner deposit accepting ATMs which means pretty much all 7-Elevens, RiteAid, CVS, Walgreens, Duane Reade and gas stations that accept deposits in their partner ATMs...

That's a pretty amazing feature to be honest.

They have only ATM, phone, mail and online service only. But considering they have no minimum balance requirement, no monthly fees and no inactivity fees...

Along with being a Big Bank for convenience, that's a very generous and very much a good value.

Their overdraft works as a line of credit from a credit card. The first 50 checks are free and after that it's only $5 dollars including standard shipping

That's a pretty damn good robust banking service for those who are either low-income and can't afford all the crazy dumb fees from the big banks or those who are financially-stable but can't stand the stupid fees from the big banks.

The truth is that even though the big banks say they won't charge you as long as you keep $1500 (common figure) in the bank account...

They will still get you.

How? "inactivity" fees. They have done this to people having tens to hundreds of thousands of dollars in their accounts.

Particularly banks like Chase, Bank of America, Citibank and Well Fargo.

Capital One 360 is from a big bank, however. So I don't really know if these excellent policies and generous fee schedule will stick.

Probably better to go with some smaller online bank like Ally as well or maybe a credit union or regional/community bank in case they begin slowly changing their terms.

You live in New York. You are vitamin D deficient.

Check with a doctor as a simple blood test would confirm it.

It's already been confirmed I am vitamin D deficient.

I'm actually been thinking seriously about moving to Southern California these past few days, if not Eastern Europe.

The weather here is already terribly cold for me already.

I'll give you props that you were smart enough to diagnose me with Low Vitamin D without ever seeing me face to face.

I hear women in general in Southern California are better than New York women.

But women aside, I hear all the time that New Yorkers and also northeast in general are very arrogant, rude, think they are better than everyone, judge others by money, excessively cliquish and meeting people in general (not just women) is more like a job interview than a real laid back conversation...

"What university did you graduate from?"

"What is your career?"

These are the first two most common questions. It almost sounds like a broken record to me.

It's interesting how before advising me to leave New York, I was a few hours seriously thinking to leave New York and go off to Southern California.

I guess it's either Eastern Europe or Southern California for me.

Does it really matter where you bank?

The real take away from our banking system is that banks don't pay interest to savers, and the 401K is Wall street's personal petting zoo.

37   Robber Baron Elite Scum   2014 Oct 20, 1:50pm

CaptainShuddup says

Does it really matter where you bank?

Yes.

That's if you don't want to put your money in a bank that tells it's tellers to file suspicious activity reports over not too significant amounts of money. $1,000 cash is what Chase files a SAR for, how pathetic and moronic.

If you don't like being fucked deep in the ass with monthly fees or the sham called "inactivity" fees despite maintaining a decent balance.

If you don't like paying currency conversion fees from traveling and using your debit card abroad or ordering something online.

If you don't like the minimum balance increased slowly and slowly until they start demanding first 100 than 200 than 300 than 1,000 than 1,500 than 2,000.

The banks ended free checking and first started with $100 until now it's 15 times more all the way to $1500.

You know how hard it is for paycheck to paycheck Americans to maintain 1500 in the bank everyday? If you are a penny under, they will charge and no they will not waive the fee after the first time.

If you don't want your account negative from their stupid monthly fee and than get charged their overdraft fee as well which is assessed everyday for the negative balance.

If you don't want to be "banned for LIFE" and/or have your account frozen for no reason (you don't owe money, you didn't deposit large amounts of money out of nowhere or defraud them by abusing account bonuses.) Bank of Americunt is guilty of this and notorious for doing this.

If you don't like having your balance messed with on purpose so they can assess overdraft fees.

If you want your money reimbursed in case of fraud. A lot of banks fail to protect you against fraud.

If you want your money safe from bank failure. FDIC is not fully trustworthy and they may not reimburse right away. FDIC is actually way underfunded for the amount of capital it insures, so much so that you'd not believe it.

Basically, if you don't want to take a bankers cock deep into your asshole....

Yes it matters where you bank.

If you WANT to take a bankers cock deep into your asshole....

Than no. It doesn't matter. Bank at Chase or Bank of America...

They will fuck you hard in the ass until it's torn a new hole.

bgamall4 says

if you bank with Bank of America. Just to be on the safe side you may want to avoid that bank

You are on top of your stuff.

There is actually a Harvard Economist who is warning people about Bank of America. This is relatively recent as well. (2014).

http://offgridsurvival.com/economist-fears-bank-collapse-bofa/

http://www.pbs.org/newshour/making-sense/is-your-money-safe-at-the-bank-an-economist-says-no-and-withdraws-his/

This particular Economist pulled $1 million out of Bank of America.

Bank of America in my humble opinion is a terrible bank from a safety and risk point of view. It is managed extremely incompetently, underperforming, inefficient and not up to par AT ALL with their competitors.

I strongly believe J.P. Morgan will acquire Bank of America.

Their stock price is a joke at $15 dollars and they vast majority of it's shareholders have gotten taken for a ride.

Bank of America is just a parasitical entity that has no loyalty to the customers, neither even the shareholders nor even to it's own long-term well being.

J.P. Morgan is a horrible ruthless bank but at least they have their financials together despite even being fined and sued countless times with big monetary penalties. They can afford it... It is chump change for them.

J.P. Morgan bought Washington Mutual in the crisis of 2008 because not only they themselves had their own business together but they were more than capable to handle another bank's liabilities. Their stock price recovered strongly as well.

But Bank of America? They are not run by financiers. They are run by incompetent arrogant worthless clowns.

It's liabilities are far far greater than it's assets, it's revenue is suffering despite looking like it's increasing. It's not. They are merely starting to cut costs left and right. So profits look like they are higher and therefore they seem to be doing better but they are in reality in big hot water trouble.

They are closing up to 2,000 branches. But NOT just closing the branches but fucking SELLING them to other small banks in the area.

That reeks of desperation and being hard up for cash.

And this is recent as well as of 2014. They are the number one bank also laying off the most employees as well.

Their brand name is also limited to the US. They are not a global bank like Citibank and Chase. "Bank of America"... Try opening up shop with that name in Italy.

Doesn't fit with the region or have it's local people connect to that name.

Funny that it used to be called "Bank of Italy" and was started by an Italian immigrant from humble backgrounds only to mutate into a arrogant cancerous piece of shit bank.

Despite the bail out loan, they are ready to collapse because they didn't change they way they operate, manage, make revenue, improve customer service, price their bank account fee more reasonably nor have much more conservative investment banking nor understand the greater liabilities in acquiring Merrill Lynch.

"Doing the same thing over and over but expecting a different result each time is the definition of insanity."

They amount of lawsuits BOA and Merrill have had over discrimination is enormous. Their work culture is terrible.

When I was a kid (this is decades ago).. My mother used to actually work for BOA and was fired by the Manager after she was framed for mishandling $8K. (It was locked in the wrong safe.)

I remember going barely going without food for 3 months until she found another job as a teller at another small local bank.

Really shitty bank and I'd never forget these assholes for what they did. I can't believe I later banked with them as an adult for the convenience of many ATMs and branches despite the awful memories of them as a child.

I did use them mostly for business transactions and business use.

I pray and hope BOA dies a slow and painful death in bankruptcy. I can't wait to be entertained by their collapse as I watch and eat popcorn and drink a nice wine to celebrate their death.

J.P. Morgan are a bunch of fucking assholes too and they also are not very fair to their customers but at least they are able to manage to produce better for their shareholders than BOA and also be VERY strong financially (despite all the money paid for fines and lawsuits) to manage well above beyond their own liabilities but also that of other banks.

They have acquired the most banks and done the most acquisitions.

J.P. Morgan are ruthless assholes, unethical, greedy and corrupt but at least they can manage not collapse into a steaming pile of shit while they commit white collar crime globally.

So you do have to give them respect for that at least.

I can't say the same for Bank of Asswipes. They are an epic fucking failure.

How the fuck do you make a $4 BILLION dollar accounting error?

ONLY at Bank of Asswipes can such a moronic mistake happen.

As I said before they are not competent professional financiers like J.P. Morgan.

Bank of Asswipes are a bunch of arrogant incompetent worthless fucking clowns including their CEO, that fucking pansy piece of shit.

Warren Buffet is a major stockholder in BOA and goes around trolling how wonderful BOA is...

Understand that he knows the stock market is mostly all just emotionally driven.

He is bluffing a bad hand is what I mean to say. He is shilling and will have sold out long before SHTF...

Never trust what Warren Buffet says publically. He is a fucking shill and wants to misguide the sheep investor.

Just watch what he does. Moreover, his company Berkshire Hathaway commits fraud on a daily basis.

He is NOT a "humble modest down-to-earth nice kind generous jesus-like" billionaire... That's also semantically an oxymoron.

That's just a veneer he puts out to idiot masses.

"Tax the rich more" he says... Who he really means is by "rich" is upper middle class not true elite wealthy aristocrats and the taxes will go to the private Federal Reserve bank with whom the elite owners he is friends with.

Here is a picture of Warren Buffet with Jacob Rothschild....

Anyway...

BOA will collapse guaranteed. It's only a matter of when not if. It's close though in my opinion.
