Anyone who buys in the SFBA has that kind of money. I rent two places for still less than buying a 2/1 condo around here. But everyone makes up their own math for justification reasons it seems.

I did graduate with a math PhD at the ripe age of 22yrs old, so I guess I don't realize how hard simple math can be for some people. Hard to have empathy for fools.

Yes, 15yrs old when I graduated high school. Skipped grades 4 and 7 and started some university math courses in my last year of high school.

What school allowed a 15 year old to take college courses? Universities/colleges require that the student must be at least 16 years old, and then strictly limit their courses until they have graduated from high school, and they only will allow the basics, and absolutely no 200 level classes.

We went through this exact issue with our son when he was in high school, and he had maxed out taking AP courses, and those imposed limits only allowed him to take classes that were at a level much lower than what he was at.

It's possible. I graduated at 16--started at age 4 and skipped 11th grade. I was on track to get an MA by 20, but I soon realized that college life was not conducive to study--these adults were a bad influence ;p. I took off an traveled the world, working in Europe and getting free trips from my mother's rich friend--I finally got that MA at 28.
