Red States don't tax gas. They believe in Free Market Capitalism without State Govt. interference. I can't believe Blue States are stealing profits from private business.

Author is a lazy bum. It's no secret that taxes are collected on every gallon of gas - it's fucking stated on the fucking pump. He would do the public a service by investigating how much of the money collected actually goes into road maintenance. In its present state the article is a waste of electrons.
