Good find!

Let the prices crater, then buy later. For 65% less

But what happens when you buy for 65% less and it craters again? Why buy for 65% less when you can buy for 75% less?

Shouldn't we just wait forever?

That's speculation and gambling and not apart of what this forum is about.

Your mindless posts do nothing to help the readers or the forums intended goal

Better be careful now , the blog scrutiny Police are out in full force...

Oh no look out it's billy bob the defender of spam bots with multiple accounts and hidden agendas who litter the board with useless information.

Sorry to shatter any hopes you had of buying for 65% less

Your type of people just absolutely amaze me with your ridiculous statements made to others. You are so obvious.

You're an idiot if you buy when prices are only 65% lower. Say goodbye to your down payment. When prices are 99% below today's ridiculously inflated levels, then I'll THINK about buying. Honestly, I'm holding out until there are people fighting over the opportunity to hand me their keys for free on houses that are completely paid off. That's my entry point.

I have too many houses as it is. I don't need to buy anything.

Nice try you goddamn liar.

Living in your parent's basement doesn't count as having houses.

At least he made it conditional: "IF you do blah blah".

Yup says

Nationally the median household income is 50k, therefore 150k would be a good starting point in a normal market

I disagree. And it was a rhetorical question anyways

The 3x income statement is just a guide, not a rule

A 150k home in FL will cost a lot more in California because of weather, mountains, snow, desert, the list goes on. Ofcourse there are other factors like government incentives that keep prices high I'm sure but California also has the most millionairs I believe, so good luck waiting for prices to hit 3x normal income anything other than border town shacks.

11   snyderkv   2012 Oct 15, 4:18am

War says

WRONG. It's the historical trend and it's 2.2x, not 3x.

And you bought all your houses at 2.2 times your moms lunch money, I mean income?

12   snyderkv   2012 Oct 15, 4:37am

War says

You got caught lying and misrepresenting the truth and now you lob an insult.
Well done you coward.

Good job dodging the question. Now we know you're a fake and don't practice what you preach. You didn't purchase any houses at 2.2 times your income and obviously don't take your own advice on gambling, I mean waiting to buy at 65% less.

I'm out of troll food, so Gnight

Trolling on a Perma Bear web site, ducks haha

Incorrect, this is not a permabear (no space) doomster website

WEB: Definition of a "permabear"?

A permabear is somebody who is ALWAYS negative about the future direction of the markets and economy in general, no matter what.

Oh I'm sorry, it looks like you joined the wrong club Billy.

My income does not stink like yours

Wow, this forum reached new lows today.

Go ahead and feed off eachothers negativity if that helps you all believe the nonesense that comes out of your mouth.

Sorry your a duck out of water, but I'm sure there is a website some where that you can show off your snake oil salesman wares too...

Billy, your=you're and some where=somewhere. Also remember no space for permabear and commas when needed.

Yeah, I'm definately a duck out of water Bill as apparently I'm the only one that finished high school. I will gladly leave your presence and increase my IQ by another 10 points as I feel dumber just speaking to you and your cult like fan boy followers

Are you that insecure? I simple cannot stomach people that go off pointing out another person's typos. Does it make you feel big and important?

To make a point, while you obviously get off correcting others, it's "must have" not "must of" so while you "finished high school" you clearly need to review YOUR books again, since "must of" is not correct grammar.

LMAO. Okay,so I borrow a million $ and don't know how or when I'll pay off. Does that contribute to housing recovery? Nope. I Need to see my paycheck jump by 15 to 20% YOY - that's should be sufficient to automatically trigger a housing recovery in full bloom,no government support,or Realtors "buy now" slogan needed in that case.

Case in point. I did say I'm getting "dumber" by association

Spelling and grammar don't matter as much in a colloquial application. However, when one is using personal attacks, it's common to at least use the damn spell check. Otherwise, it discredits everything the attacker has to say and the message is lost.

This is nothing new. Everyone makes mistakes, I'm no exception, but when it's as bad as Billy's, it starts to reflect on the person and their education level

And sick to your stomach? I amaze you with my comments? You act as if my different viewpoint makes me some sort of subhuman species and are the first to attack me, yet you remain silent when personal attacks are used against me. This truly shows your bias as I've used no personal attacks or anything to get "sick" over. I think you're being way too dramatic. Maybe you just have a stomach ache from all the cyber Kool-Aid you've been drinking?
