This house is pretty outdated. Only two items in the house that are upgraded. 1) windows and 2) granite countertop & appliances. That's about $10k worth of upgrades. The kitchen cabinets are old. They just put a new coat of paint on it. Bathrooms are outdated too. I like the fact that it's right across from a park & it's an end-unit.

Looks like the comparables are around $650k-$675k. the 4 bedroom ones, which are slightly bigger, 1,468 square feet, sold for $685k-$695k. There's a slight premium for an end unit.

Have your realtor pull the pictures of other recently sold properties in the complex so you can compare to this one.
