CANNIBAL ANARCHY!

I've been preparing for cannibal anarchy since mid 2008.

If Hollywood has prepared me properly, I'm supposed to head for Alcatraz during a post apocalyptic cannibal anarchy

To the OT, we are on the edge of a depressionary black hole. Sort of like the Fed is keeping us right on the DEFLATIONARY event horizon.

Let those who will, spew kilobytes worth of copy/pastes, do as they wish, but no one knows how this is going to end, by definition, because it's never been tried before. In 50 years the text books will either herald this as the moment when modern monetarism demonstrated its value to controlling the global economy or as the moment when we learned that the more we postpone the economic process, the larger the inevitable reset.

Invisible? Maybe from a limo in New York or Washington, and definitely to most of the media, but to the real person on the street its is visible in terms of the number of unemployed/ underemployed, food stamp usage, adults returning to live with their parents, etc.
Talk like this emphasizes the disconnect between headlines and real life - not wonder most mainstream media is losing viewership!

I've been calling this the second Great Depression since 2008. Finally the WSJ acknowledges a depression. What's next, are they going to admit that Internet thing took off?

It's actually worse than the Great Depression of 1929 if you consider the income to private debt per capita ratio. We as a country have literally drowned ourselves in borrowed money. BMW, and Mercedes have made a killing in the past decade.

You think this can last? There's a storm coming. You and your friends better batten down the hatches, cause when it hits, you're all going to wonder how you ever thought you could live so large and leave so little for the rest of us.

Anyone notice the time on the wall clock in this video? Seems like something *funny* is going on here....

"One out of seven Americans are on food stamps - if they weren't getting cards in the mail every month, you'd see them in soup lines."
This is good news for the housing market!!

Exactly! The only way they'll ever be able to get rich quick is speculating on properties!

Especially once interest rates invert and turn negative! Vegas will be empty as Grandmas will get paid for leveraging themselves to the hilt by buying stocks, bonds and real estate! The wildebeests will party like it's 1999 - food stamps or not, here they come!!

I've been preparing since 1971. My wife can kill just about anything or anyone with a shovel or a rock, god bless her, and gut and dress it in under an hour. The future looks good.

Sounds like a keeper. Does she have a sister?
