But that's with a price cut of $8.5K. So the sellers seem to know it's priced too high.
We also visited this house. House seems to be in good shape and there were not many touch ups required. However the listing price was too high. I believe a price of $330K would be fair for this market in current situations. Though School is right across the street , It introduces traffic problems during school time and also noise during school time.
