This is the same Realtard selling houses to troops, where three years later they have to move (PCS). If they can't rent the house out, then they usually go into foreclosure.

If he truely lived by that Golden Rule then he would take a break from being a Realtor and come back in about 5 years or so. I actually know a few realtors that are doing exactly that.
