I don't think it's AI for not having the very reasons I always know it is AI.
The buckets by the shed upper right corner, are sliding and rolling into sinkhole, individual physics are behaving as you would expect.

Also all of the sinking is sliding to a focal point in the hole, the sink hole just isn't crumbling under them and then falling like in fantasy movies.

The way the pavement cracked and fell into the sink hole as well.

There's spraying water from a broken water main.

AI would over do it, with most of the final action scenes blurred or missing frames not produced adding objects and subjects, while removing others.

Also it's a pretty mild roadway sinkhole video compared most of the ones that come out of China.
Tofu Dreg construction, they call it.
