Yeah I highly doubt it, the Water management systems built in America in the last 100 years or more, are all being used against us. To create the illusion of "Climate Change". I saw it first hand in South Florida almost 48 hours after the Hurricane hit west coast of Florida last Summer. While driving back to the east coast, the road we came in on, was flooding like a deluge. The only way that could have happened if Florida had mountains and hills and it took 48 hours for the water to reach Puta Gorda. Florida has built pump stations and filling in many canals in the Everglades in an attempt to restore the everglades. But that system is being used to hold the narrative. Instead of pumping excess water out to the ocean, they can send it careening into neighborhoods if they want to.

The lakes in Utah, Arizona and Nevada were under serious drought over the last year, there's been a ton of rain and it's still low. They are intentionally emptying the reservoirs from the dams. Pure and simple. California has gotten a ton of rain, and we expect Reservoirs to refill, but they are obviously sending it to the low laying farming communities to put price pressures on America's grocery list.

If all of this sounds familiar, that's because it IS! If you recall all throughout 2021 China was flooding their down river towns with their Damns as well blaming rain and floods. But it was just them manipulating the water management systems as well. Fuckface Biden is a good Commie Student and has learned from Daddy Xi very well.

These areas of southern San Juoquin Valley have been flooding periodically forever. The agricultural interests tap off of the Tulare Lakes watershed and dams. When things flood, they can sell the water to LA and still retrieve a reasonable return based on acre feet of water.

What is the goal of the Water Conference?
One of the main outcomes will be a Water Action Agenda filled with game-changing commitments from governments, civil society and the private sector that will truly accelerate our progress towards water-related goals and targets.

As UN Secretary-General António Guterres has said: “The UN 2023 Water Conference in March must result in a bold Water Action Agenda that gives our world's lifeblood the commitment it deserves.”

AGENDA
Explainer: What exactly is freshwater and is there enough of it?

In the same way as “1.5°C” enshrines the global community’s commitment to fight climate change, the Water Action Agenda aims to manifest the political ambition to address global water challenges and fundamentally change the way we understand, value and manage water.

This is not about more talk, but about a well-defined plan for action – a way to gather the commitments of all stakeholders on Agenda 2030, and SDG 6 in particular. It is designed to be a means rather than an end in itself. We want to use existing structures as much as possible, both in terms of implementation, monitoring and reporting.
