Last year, Harper was recorded calling NYPD Det. Vincent Cheung a “goddamn cat eater” and asking if he was “going to Judo chop” him — prompting the Asian officer to file a first-of-its-kind lawsuit over the hateful attack.

I looked at that analyses. Well, sort of: it became obvious that there's a slew of hand involved, at which point I stopped. Author(s) didn't focus on all crimes. They focused on "hate crimes". Unless all interracial crime is classified as hate crime, this would be heavily skewed in whatever direction is given by those to say what's "hate crime" and what's not.

When there is actual racism against Blacks, it tends to be hidden on page 12 of the newspaper.

For example, here in Phoenix during the BLM protests 14 Black males got together to protest. The police arrested 15 (no typo he was just in the area). In addition to charging them with very minor crimes like impeding traffic, they charged them with gang affiliation. The gang affiliation charge was a felony and would have put each person away for about 7 years each. The problem was they weren't in a gang. The police got a DA to go along with the plot and presented false testimony to a Grand Jury. I guess some cop blew the whistle to the media and they reported this.

The Phoenix mayor and city council had someone without the ability to make arrests or recommend individuals be prosecuted investigate the matter.

Looks like 20-40 cops, members of the DA's office and, of course, members of the FBI were in on committing the crimes of falsifying charges, testimony, etc against the Blacks.

The city of Phoenix did a bold thing and posted the investigation of the matter online.

Don't expect anything to happen to these law enforcers. They are above the law, and, yes, racism is real.

Yes, and the disproportionate violent crime rate of young black men means a disproportionate interaction with law enforcement, which means a disproportionate incidence of negative law enforcement interactions, which are wrongly attributed to simple racism.

Oh but don't worry, even if he manages to get out of jail a second time after a serious criminal charge, the court has totally arranged for him to be kept on lockdown or something.

"It was confirmed that bond conditions are in place that would place Mr. Harrell on 24-hour house arrest and require him to wear a GPS monitor should family members be able to post sufficient bonds at some point in the future," his attorney, Catherine Evans, told Fox News.

Uh huh. Let me explain this to the court carefully:

This man has been charged with aggravated robbery. That's a serious charge. Particularly in Texas. If he's convicted of this charge, he could be facing about 100 years in prison.
A man who's depraved and unhinged enough to paralyze an innocent woman just to steal some money is also unbalanced enough to try and run for it if he's facing a century behind bars.
When a crook like this makes a run for it, he very often ends up hurting other innocent people during his flight.
Do I have to keep going? Do I need to make the point any further?

This man should be behind bars until his trial. Giving him a lower bond is disgraceful and dangerous.

Authorities in Tennessee arrested the suspect involved in an unprovoked attack Wednesday at a laundromat in Nashville, police said.

The Metropolitan Nashville Police Department warned the community to be on the lookout for the suspect, later identified as 32-year-old Khadree Renfro, and put out a video showing the brutal, blindsided assault.

The video appears to show Renfro wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants and black shoes and wielding a cane or pipe. He then strikes an unidentified 45-year-old victim several times in the head and neck area.

He is also believed to be a suspect in three similar attacks on March 16, 18 and 19, police said.

I think most of it is from crime of opportunity. Some Asian immigrants I know see a low-cost apartment for rent and figure it's a good deal. Unaware, they have now opened themselves up to perpetual danger of robbery or even a gratuitous beating. I'd like to see per-capita crime statistics account for the neighborhoods where the victims live. I think the result of that analysis is that living in certain areas means you open yourself up to crime and that Asians have a higher propensity to live in those areas.

As another hypothesis... "Asian driving skills" isn't entirely a meme. Not reacting early to road signs and traffic situations might also extend to missing or ignoring the social warning signs of thuggish behavior while walking down the street.

I think it's that Asians prove that America is absolutely not a racist country. Asians work hard and do well, mostly.

This embarrasses many blacks. Asians make it looks like blacks are the source of their own problems, not "racism".
