Cities are generally a more modern thing, especially of recent. Yes Romans had large cities and Europe has always had cities (being general here). But it was usually just a few. We settled this country to get OUT of cities. Be free. We grow our own food, shit in the woods, grab the horse and go into a town that had goods, etc. Most of the country lives in shit holes that literally try to bring the people they're supposed to help down to the ground.
There hasn't been a living black person the encountered slavery. Math is easy. 1865. There's almost no living black person that even has a first hand account of slavery. You'd have to have been 16+ or older in 1865 to truly remember what slavery was. Those people were all dead for the most part by 1940. So all that's there is 2nd and generally 3rd level hand me down stories. Play the childhood game of telephone or whatever it was called. The message is fucked up by person number 2 or 3. We're presently on person number 4 and person number 4 believe they know what number 1 went through via others. It's stupid.

Reparations have created expectations among Black citizens.
In California, activists are demanding as much as $5 million per Black resident and asking Gov. Gavin Newsom "where's the money?"
Each election Democrats used these issues for short-term political gains. Now those bills are coming due and Democratic leaders are balking.
Would be no wonder to me if some are already buying expensive stuff on account of future money flow.
President Joe Biden and Congress are in a potentially lethal game of chicken over the looming default over our debt. It would not seem an ideal time to demand an additional $14 trillion, but Bush declared, "Black people in our country cannot wait any longer." She was joined by members like Reps. Barbara Lee, D-CA, Jamaal Bowman, D-NY, and Rashida Tlaib, D-MI.
Now just imagine, $14 trillion of new debt will create 300% inflation every year over next 10 years.

We bought a building like this a few years ago. It was an inheritance, and the heirs spent the money before the property was even sold. An heir, who was in charge of the sales, was very confident in his ability so I asked all units to be delivered vacant at his asking price. He agreed. It took 6 months to go through the probate process before we got the approval for the sales. However, he was only able to get half of the tenants out. I asked for $30k off/unit where the tenants were still resided. Otherwise, no deal. Since they already spent the inheritance money months ago, they couldn’t wait any longer and agreed. Really sad to see.
I asked if he had other properties to sell. He shared a couple more, but those properties didn’t fit my profile so I passed.
I put 15% down, borrowed 85% from a soft money lender for my purchase, rehabbed the vacant units, refinanced and paid off the soft money lender. The cash flow is tremendous while the property has appreciated +50%. Unfortunately, I can’t do anything with the equity in the current interest environment as I have 3.25% interest on the existing loan.

So how plan works:
So far San Francisco Board of Supervisors hearing proposition. "Payments of $5 million to every eligible Black adult, the elimination of personal debt and tax burdens, guaranteed annual incomes of at least $97,000 for 250 years and homes in San Francisco for just $1 a family."
That is huge, everyone will admit. San Francisco can't afford this but that is no subject. It's just hoax.
Next step is talk about it as long and as hard until to point, where about 50,000 population of Afro-American start deeply believe that they earned it. American destroyers knew that is deception, but seeds of anger will be planted.

City should drop the subject as quickly as possible to avoid tragedy.
