That's slow as FUCK, watch it again, there isn't an apple until you see an arm retract and point down near the frame of the machine. Most of the time is spent on the camera and AI trying to decipher where the apples are. That's at least 80% of each arm's time, the other 20% actually uses the vacuum and plucks the apple and puts it in the hopper. Only one is successfully picking while the rest are searching. I have to wonder how many apples that were hidden under leaves that gets left behind? I didn't see any actuators moving limbs and leaves out of the way to check for apples .Probably because it would be abusive on the trees.
Keep in mind how long that machine has stayed in that same spot. I would expect something like that, to be steadily creeping down the path almost nonstop. A team of skilled farm workers would be.
