Just go to https://www.archive.org/ and then copy (or type) in the URL you are looking for. Here is what I got for the URL you gave:

https://web.archive.org/web/20230000000000/https://www.lewrockwell.com/2023/01/no_author/success-comes-to-those-who-can-pull-off-cons-and-react-properly-to-scammers-and-swindlers/

People have to MANUALLY enter the URL to save it. Not everything is saved, because sometimes, nobody cares to save it.
