Regardless of where you stand on the issue of abortion, this should frighten everyone. When the government exercises its abusive power over what we are THINKING,
there will be no end to their despotism.
Under such a system, could the day come when you are investigated by the 'thought police' for every 'thought' that you have ever posted on a forum such as this?

While there have been numerous attempts to degrade the 1st Amendment in America, being arrested outright by police for your thoughts alone is not a low we have sunk to yet. In the UK and through most of Europe it's a different story."
