Well, ladies and gentlemen, if there was any doubt that the United States military has been handed over to the ultrawoke lefties this makes it clear.

The Pentagon just released an "Equity Action Plan" which is meant to fulfill the leftwing, Marxist goals of providing diversity, inclusion, and equity.

From Fox News:

The Department of Defense issued an equity report, aiming to equalize outcomes for employees and partners across racial, sexual and gender lines.

The DOD released its equity report alongside all other departments of President Biden's administration this week. In the text, the DOD explained a series of procedural changes to better align with the White House's demands for "equity."

"While the Department has historically focused on increasing equity within the DOD community, the collective actions described in this plan represent a shift in the Department's approach and focus to better ensure that we leverage our capabilities to create opportunities for all Americans," the Department of Defense wrote in its report.

The White House has required all departments to put together a plan for "equity", which means Marxist equality of outcome, and I can't think of a more dangerous department embracing these ideals than the US military.

First, the DOD announced it will seek to rearrange its supply chain in order to open up opportunities for underserved communities. It will also bolster a variety of programs aimed at assisting those same communities in the area of military bases, such as American Indian initiatives and environmental efforts.

In February 2021, Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin ordered military leaders at all levels of command to facilitate "discussion of the principle that all those who support DOD's mission deserve an environment free of discrimination, hate and harassment."

The report continued, "This included a focus on how extremist or dissident ideologies violate the fundamental principles of the Department."

By "extremist ideologies" they don't mean radical leftists or BLM, they don't even mean radical terrorists. No, Secretary of State Lloyd Austin and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Mark Milley have already made it clear that they are most worried about things like "white rage".

If you do not buy into the radical woke ideology of today then YOU are an extremist in the eyes of the Department of Defense.

In their list of accomplishments, the DoD bragged about their inclusion of transgender soldiers.

DoD took steps to ensure transgender individuals who wished to serve in the military and could meet the appropriate standards were able to do so openly and free from discrimination. The Department accomplished this by revising multiple policies to bring them into compliance with EO 13985 and EO 14004, Enabling All Qualified Americans to Serve Their Country in Uniform.

Military standards were changed in order to allow transgendered people to serve in the military.

And this is considered an accomplishment?

Also from the report:

Regarding the updated policies providing protection to transgender Service members, internal accountability on key issues focused on readiness, equity, evolving medical science, and organizational culture are reviewed by the Accession Medical Standards Working Group and Transgender Care Integrated Product Team.

"Equity" and "evolving medical science" are determining factors in letting men who think they are women, or women who think they are men, join the United States military.

What a woke joke.

Yup. Not sure if you saw my comment the other day, but my new neighbor retired from the Navy because he would not take the vax. He was in the service for 11 years. Good on him if he can afford it and has other work. Didn't talk long. Hope to get into it more though.

When did some Americans become such pussies? Like seriously, when was the transition to this shit? Obama years? This SJW and gay shit is rubbing off on people that I had previously respected. Not sure if they're shamed into it or what. Pandering to something like 3% of the population max is pure retardation. Of that 3% of the population it's likely 90% are mentally ill and just need some therapy.

Also, everyone is on pills. It's fucking gross. Live a clean life. Don't be fat. Do yoga or meditate. There are things you can do to handle anxiety, ADHD, bi-polar, pain, etc. We just throw pills at everyone like it's candy. All of it probably destroying our internal organs or altering our minds. Yet pot is still federally illegal and completely harmless.

I love living rural as 95% are not pussies. The 5% that are keep to themselves and most of them are lesbians (ugly ones generally). You cannot be gay dudes where I live unless you're the cowboy/farmer type. You won't see any pride flags or any of that shit here. If there's a gay dude they would look totally normal, and don't push any of it.

I asked her in my most sincere voice not to enlist.

@WineHorror1 - I can maybe help with this. Ask her what the 7 nations the United States bombed in the last 20 years. The answer is Afghanistan, Iraq, Pakistan, Syria, Libya, Yemen, and Somalia - I think roughly in that order. If she can't answer (I'd be VERY surprised if she could), ask her why she believes she didn't know the nations the US bombed?

Ask her why the US bombed those nations. I don't know the answer for all of them, but for Syria it was for a company called Genie Energy, and to remove Russia's only military base in Tartus, also to expand Israel into northern Syria.

Now point out that the oath of enlistment is:

I, _, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God.

Ask her if she has any intention of upholding that oath, particularly with "domestic enemies".

Ask her if she knows what the 1st amendment is - ask her if she can see anybody violating that in the United States, and in particular Silicon Valley.

She's only, what 23? She's just a kid. She has no idea what she's doing. I was a stupid kid until 30. That's when I started to stop being a stupid kid. Now I'm a stupid adult, but very cynical adult! If you're not cynical, you're still in the matrix.

I feel you deserve a lengthy response. However, I have seldom been up for lengthy responses. Takes me too long. Anyway, I lost her ear about 3-4 years ago. She was befriended by a military guy (now 45 and retired) when she worked as a "teacher" at a daycare center while in HS. She sees that he is retired at 45 and thinks he's rich even though his wife is a "Dr." of some type (not an MD but she does work at the Cleveland Clinic for what that's worth). He is a loudmouth braggart without a filter. He would have no issue cursing in church. That type. He played the hero angle with my daughter by telling war stories and crying when drunk and now she thinks he single handedly saved all of our lives. I have had so many arguments with her about the world. Tried to convince her not to take the jab but he (military dude) convinced her to take it. I will blame him forever if she ends up having any problems. So far so good, she has not experienced any problems from the jab. She will not listen to me. Nope, military man and his wife have turned her into a semi-libtard. His wife recently took their 11 year old daughter to a drag queen show even. SMFH.

Nope, now it is up to her.

Even if you say so it's still irrelevant: Ruscia is in a full-out combined arms war, not a proxy war. Exactly like war we fought against Saddam's regime twice. And won in days, not month. Whereas unwoke ungay unpaper untiger Ruscian military can't even gain significant ground after almost half a year of war for which it actively prepared for 10 months.

If we are to enter Sudan's capital we'd be there in one week tops. Maybe two. Maybe 3. Like our gay paper tiger army did in Iraq. Ruscia is not in Kyiv after 170+ days. Not in Kharkiv either (less than 30 miles from the border). Not it Dnipro, Odessa, Zaporizzha, Mykolaiv. Out of all major regional capitals they managed to only take Kherson in the first days of fog of war and now they are sitting in a de-facto cauldron there, cut off from the rest of their force by a mile-wide river.

So cut it out with comparing apples to oranges: proxy war is proxy war but boots on the ground is boots on the ground - you are not THAT simple to not understand the difference.

Wait, so the US made Chinese officials spout their propaganda for us?

Is China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs on our payroll? Is something wrong with the source and they didn't really say any of that?

BEIJING - China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Tuesday issued a statement on Speaker of the US House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi's visit to China's Taiwan region. Following is the full text of the statement:

On 2 August, in disregard of China's strong opposition and serious representations, Speaker of the US House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi visited China's Taiwan region. This is a serious violation of the one-China principle and the provisions of the three China-US joint communiqués. It has a severe impact on the political foundation of China-US relations, and seriously infringes upon China's sovereignty and territorial integrity. It gravely undermines peace and stability across the Taiwan Strait, and sends a seriously wrong signal to the separatist forces for "Taiwan independence". China firmly opposes and sternly condemns this, and has made serious démarche and strong protest to the United States.

We really are going to lose a major war

A diversity and inclusion training by the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado instructs cadets to use words that "include all genders" and to refrain from saying things like "mom" and "dad."

I would like to point out three things:

1.) unless our close allies(uk, France, Israel, Australia, etc) turn on us, there’s no one in the world who is close to us in military technology. Russia is horribly exposed and if you research a bit, you will see that China’s military equipment is garbage. Remember, we aren’t invading anyone, which presents a whole different set of challenges. We are defending ourselves or an ally. And on that basis there is not one that can go against the US provided that:

2.) the woke training is unenforced against combat troops. Throughout the Covid related government rules imposition, even in the most liberal cities, the rules largely went unenforced with law enforcement or fire departments. If you believe otherwise, I challenge you to show me even one large police agency that terminated 100 employees due to failure to take the vaccines. And masks were considered a joke. My strong suspicion is that you’ll have to follow the woke rules in military offices that have nothing to do with combat but if you’re assigned to fight as a ground troop, roll in a tank, or fly a plane or helicopter, nothing changes.

3.) I am positive that we at least started building “Star Wars in the GHWB years and we’ve perfected it in the past 15 years. I think our nuke dome is solid and sufficient to thwart anything the CCP and the Ruskies want to throw at us. Furthermore, I’m certain those nations know it and that’s why they toss out the nuke card so freely. It’s just propaganda.

I wish I could elaborate on my knowledge of 2 and 3, but I still need a job.

Man, technology can be awesome and neat, but it's high maintenance, requires high training, and it's super expensive.

Having superior technology doesn't mean you're going to automatically win.

If Russia can build a missile for $1,000 each, and the US is building missiles for $100,000 each, the US missile better fucking be 100 times more effective, at least. If it's 50 times more effective, it's a loss. The US just got their ass beat by a bunch of low tech militias in Afghanistan, what did that war cost, 5 trillion dollars? They beat the United States with gear that was more than 30 years old.

Actually not true. The city publishes their civil service commission minutes here: https://per.lacity.org/civil-service-commission/meeting-minutes-and-agenda.html

Now more than 500 LAPD officers may have retired, resigned, etc, but relatively few have been terminated. It’s actual verifiable fact. The City of Los Angeles as a whole, with 40,000 employees, fires a handful a month due to vaccine status.

As far as just the basic cops, lower level supervisors, etc….they often misquote, misattribute, and fail to actually understand policy. There’s a lot of woke lipservice, and certainly the cops are required to treat everyone fairly and respectfully, but these rules are genuinely marginally enforced. Typically only used to fuck with someone that supervisors or management doesn’t like.

Again, my post, and I specifically stated this, referred entirely to the US defending ourselves or an ally. Invading another nation is a clusterfuck and generally…almost always…something the US ought not engage in. Invading China or Russia would be a mess. If we were militarily assisting Ukraine(which I also agree we shouldn’t do) Russia would be mush at this point and it’s almost entirely due to our technological advantage. US Air Force would demolish the Russian military.

- SPM Tulip
- loitering munition Geranium-2
- ATGM Сhrysanthemum

Pretty girly.

The US is just getting rid of old worthless weaponry and charging Ukraine for the privilege, which is paid for by a "aid" which really US taxpayers pay for.

Old comment I know. Your daughter is not going to tell you about the side effects. Let's put it that way.

Any vaccinated female open enough to talk to me about it has said they're fucked up in the reproductive realm. It's usually about 4 months. I'd say I've talked with 6 women including my wife about this. Those that were comfortable answering questions like that all had the same issues. Basically a 4 month period with maybe 5-7 days without it. Same PMS symptoms which I could imagine are no fun plus bleeding out of your privates.

Hopefully your daughter had kids if she wanted them. Since being vaccinated I've had 2 of my SIL's miscarry. It might be crazy talk, but I do have legit concerns for women. Most my peers are beyond the child bearing years female wise. So maybe I'm witnessing aging women trying to have kids too late in life. Hard to tell.
