But then, I am told that rent is down in the East Bay areas like Livermore...
Maybe people are relocating back from suburbs to the city again?
We have a rental in the East Bay ...
and property manager recommends holding the rent flat as the market is softening and it was taking weeks longer to rent out...
I got a spreadsheet for locations where they had to dump monthly rent $100-200/mo in order to find a renter.
What is going on?
