But it is a theory, and by definition, a theory is not fact. Biggest reason being the timelines he gave for change make it impossible to validate.

Now who knows if it's a lab produced version or "natural" via children's blood (it's also unlikely that it rejuvenates but that hasn't stopped many from believing it), but it is popular in some circles.
