Gab CEO recently published a rant about this. Sounds like Ponzi scheme. And as usual, people who don't do their research and just follow a name, are going to get fleeced.

Take the monopoly protection that every major tech company that comprises of the top 10% of the Nasdaq away.
And you'll see just how fast every Tech company is a fucking Ponzi scheme.
Take away that congressional back door, and the Facebook, Twitter, Apple and Google along with their reserved parking at the Capitol and see how fast those stocks crater.

The point of SPAC's is to keep the books closed to the public. Mystery investment, yummy!
Despite that I don't often agree with them on their ideological stances.
I like them because they FUCKING COVER REAL FUCKING NEWS and do so in as fair as manner as is humanly possible.
Take this about Trump Media...AND 'conservatives have movement to establish their own ecosystem of social media, crypto, cloud services...' <-- where else do you see this reported on elsewhere? Pretty much nowhere. They get into the nitty gritty about it that I've only seen on Patrick.net.
