Most people, regardless of race, did not build anything. The overwhelming majority of us are just riding the world put together by a handful of advanced thinkers and doers. True, some White men created the advanced modern technical society and liberal government, but the rest of Whites have no more claim to that glory than does the average Black, Inuit, or Cherokee.

What country would be more likely to build the shining city on a hill? 1930's America or 2021 South Africa?

Or, better yet, 1950's Souyh Africa vs. 2021's South Africa? Why?
