Some good practical advise on health in general, and specifically around protecting yourself from spike protein infections due to coming into contact with someone who's had the covid shot. I read that what Pfizer said was referring to exposure to the vaccine itself, not shedding. I'm not saying that shedding doesn't happen, but it wasn't what Pfizer had said. Correct me if I'm wrong.

I had a lot of trouble finding a good diagram that was representative of a holistic approach to health. If you aren't eating meat, you have to build in a LOT of variety in your other foods, and MUST supplement.

And no one needs to be told the importance of sex to our health and happiness,
