This is staged or made up.
Only liberals make stupid laws - everyone knows that.
So, there's this pub in Salt Lake City that shows movies while serving alcohol. But there's this archaic Utah liquor law that prohibits serving alcohol during movies that simulate sex or show frontal nudity.
They showed the movie "Deadpool," which I saw (although not in SLC) and I thought it was pretty awful. But that's not the point - the State of Utah is fining them $75,000 for showing the movie.
