960 square foot 1-bedroom and the realtor has the balls to say "very spacious" - they should be shot for such an outright lie. My garage has more space than that, and probably better heating, cooling, and plumbing.

Listed on Redfin for 469 days...uhm, guess what, people? Your wishing price is too high. "Wishing" won't make it so.

This shoe box last sold for $250,000 in 2000, and since then they listed it in 2010 for $389,000 and have chased the market down to below the year 2000 sales price (!) with, count 'em, 14 price changes and list / delist b.s. buffoonery. Most recent asking price is $235,000. Wow! That's a 39.58% drop in your asking price!! Can you say, "Clueless to begin with"?? Seriously, WTF were they thinking.

I can tell you what they were thinking - they were thinking about the very strong [Real] Bay Area Real Estate Market Kool Aid (RBAREKA) (TM) they've been drinking.

Factor in selling costs and all of their payments and ownership costs over the past 11 years and this was a terrible "investment." Guess that one didn't work out as planned? LOFL.

Looks like it would make good Section 8 housing.

Oh this would make a great Burbed listing, mm-hmmm! Joyless photos, clueless pricing, and where the heck are the HOA fees in the info? Wonder if this complex has a pile of lawsuits on one hand and a bunch of underwater "owners" who stopped paying fees when they skipped out on their mortgages!
