Elon Musk is a government welfare whore, that's how he made his money, from taxpayer subsidies. Space X is a weapons project, not a civilian one, military.

I believe he was told to purchase Twitter to get it to regain its credibility and he's been successful at that. "Oh sure, there's SOME still bad actors in Twitter, but it's better than Facebook or Google!".

You can talk about obvious things on Twitter, like the bullshit vaccine, but try to talk about Gaza. Point out that Israel is lying repeatedly about things, like the 40 beheaded babies. Try to point out that the IDF has the Hannibal directive and what that is, and that they killed Israelis instead of letting them become hostages. Inform people that the IDF used poison gas in the tunnels, and poisoned one of the hostages, killing him, that's Ron Sherman. Try talking about that.

People think Twitter is pro-free speech because they aren't on sites that actually have free speech and they are too goddamned lazy and stupid to try to find them. I've posted them before, nobody cares.

I would say 'Go Woke, Go Broke' but the film is doing well at the box office despite the editing cut mess it shares with the original 1984 film. Only the SyFy six hour miniseries released on 2000 does the story any justice.

Music, action scenes and effects are good. And apparently there will be a Part 3.

But woke deviations from the story, aforementioned editing and poor casting (I like Christopher Walken but this was a terrible role for him and Florence Pugh deserved better...but she's white, so..) certainly sucked.

Pugh should have been cast as Chani.

What I don't understand is what is the monetary motive of pushing "the message"?

It's possible that all this is to get people to go online more, and drop film and television. Television is not watched by the young. It's possible they are purposely killing television and film to herd everybody onto an online system where everything you see and do on it, is trivially monitored.
