Today was an odd, but sweet day.

I work in tech.

Normally, the hallways are run by the libs. They constantly chatter and snicker to each other about the latest accusation or denigration of Trump. You usually can't quite here all their words, but they seem to say certain phrases a little louder, as if they hope to broadcast certain messages through the hallways into offices and onto desks. i.e., "Trump and his ilk!", "racist!", "misogynist!", "white privilege!"

Today was different. The lefties were all quiet. It was like they got a political beatdown, and it made them not want to speak to each other about the current political events like they usually do. They knew if they were social, they would have to talk about "it" to each other, and nobody likes talking to others about humiliating things.

Oddly, the roles were reversed and the few conservative employees were emboldened and loudly made fun of the Mueller Dog and Pony show. They broadcasted messages that were sure to make the lefties seethe in anger, such as "they just got Trump reelected", "this backfired and exploded in the dems faces".

I gotta say it was a good day.

I remember the first time I had doubts about the Kennedy assassination. it wasn't from any skepticism or collection of facts. There was a very detailed, glossy black and white photo of Earl Warren in a magazine close up when they were issuing the Warren Report.
I looked at that picture and I saw in his eyes deep shame. i realized that shame could mean he had put his reputation and authority on something he believed to be false for the purposes of appearances. I have looked for that picture, but haven't found it again.

I kind of got the same impression from Mueller. Yeah, he's old. Yeah, he looks dipsomaniac and forgetful. However, he also appears ashamed. He compromised himself under some kind of duress to carry out this legal hatchet job and extend it way beyond any reasonable life when he knew it was bogus very early. He would like to run away from it, but can only hem and haw to try to serve the masters while also conveying that there was nothing there.

And Mueller will have to live with that legacy in his mind the rest of his life.

Scott Adams blog on Mueller (#608 https://www.scottadamssays.com/ ) posits that everyone who believed that Trump was guilty for the last three years will have to come to grips with the fact that they were duped. Adams actually says "insane for three years." But what is a good liberal supposed to think when your world view is fueled by media you are supposed to trust and believe?

I hope this wakes up some folks to the realization that no media can be trusted. Believe what facts you can find, and make your own conclusions.

I was with my liberal mother and father yesterday and they get the New York Times. They were so distraught over Mueller's testimony my mother couldn't take it when I tried to read a paragraph from her own newspaper on the subject.

I was going to say the paragraph left pertinent parts out of the story, but she didn't want to hear it. She used her old I'm warning you tone of voice.

I respected her wishes, but I didn't understand how deep my parents hurt temperament went, not having lived in a delusional state for the last three years.

So, I guess now you will not be giving them that pair of signed MAGA caps for Christmas.

My mother, a Trump hater, who once referred to him as "evil," said she did not think he could be beaten in 2020.

Don't be so sure. I was thinking of getting them a Blexit t-shirt.

Sadly, and unbelievably, you are mistaken.

The very day after the Mueller testimony, one of my colleagues was all-a-twitter about the fact that Muller testified that he would have indicted Trump but for the fact that a sitting president can't be indicted — he had even seen the video snip! I asked him if he also saw the video where Mueller SPECIFICALLY walked that statement back with the fact that Mueller said he didn't have sufficient evidence for an indictment. Blank stares from colleague followed by, obviously, accusation of video manipulation.

It has to be so painful for the Lefties on this blog, not being able to post any meaningful rebuttal to the Russia hoax. It's a bitter pill, but someone's gotta swallow it.
