In this article by Shaun King on The Intercept, a far left-leaning outlet, the Constitution and the oath of office are used to support the case against Trump, that he should be impeached for his racist remarks, if you indeed call them racist. The whole part of the quote that is used to call him racist is:

Why don’t they go back and help fix the totally broken and crime infested places from which they came. Then come back and show us how….

— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) July 14, 2019

It is the last part that softens the tone of the tweet, which is why the news that wants to support the idea it is racist, leaves it out.

Instead of examining the whole tweet and saying why it should be considered racist, The Intercept and Shaun King assume all their readers already think Trump is a racist and if not, they link to a New York Times article and a Washington Post article, two newspapers that it has been my experience have only a passing acquaintance with the truth. NYT in particular lied to the American people in the lead up to the Iraq war. They point to the discrimination suit filed against Trump by the Justice Department to prove his racism.

The basic argument in the article begins:

Do you know the difference between implicit bias and explicit bias? I need to explain it for what I’m about to say to really make sense. Across the country, corporations and government agencies, including police departments, are offering a wave of what’s called “implicit bias training.” The fundamental theory is that, in this country, otherwise well-meaning employees can be racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, or xenophobic in ways that they may not really even be aware of.

Another words: systemic racism, the boogie man in the closet we can't see, or hear, but we all know is there. This is childish nonsense. Remember what President Roosevelt said, “…the only thing we have to fear is fear itself—nameless, unreasoning, unjustified terror which paralyzes needed efforts to convert retreat into advance,” and he said that in 1933 during the great depression, when there was more inequality and racism in America then we have today. Now I see the left using fear to try and manipulate voters into voting against their own interests. The left is trying to make people afraid and this article is a perfect example. Shuan King tries to make his argument by saying:

If this past week has taught us anything at all, it has taught us that Trump is not implicitly biased. To tell four sitting congresswomen of color that they should “go back” to where they came from is so overtly bigoted that an almost identical phrase is listed on Trump’s own government website for the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission:

Ethnic slurs and other verbal or physical conduct because of nationality are illegal if they are severe or pervasive and create an intimidating, hostile or offensive working environment, interfere with work performance, or negatively affect job opportunities.

However, Trump never said an ethnic slur and "other verbal or physical conduct" is open to interpretation. If you hate Trump then you will think he violated this rule, which is not in the Constitution, nor is it a prosecutable offense. Continuing on:

After Trump first targeted the four congresswomen on social media, his followers then ran with it and gave his initial attack a life of its own: Thousands of attendees at a Trump rally in North Carolina began chanting “send her back, send her back” to Rep. Ilhan Omar. I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: I think it was and is one of the single most bigoted moments in modern American politics.

HERE, I had to break out laughing. First of all I listened to that speech in Carolina as it was broadcast on Tucker Carlson Tonight, and I would have to say, all I saw, were a lot of fans having a good time. That is what a Trump rally is like, a football game, complete with people barbecuing meat in the parking lot outside the stadium. Second: THE SINGLE MOST BIGOTED MOMENTS IN MODERN AMERICAN POLITICS? How far are we going back here? 5 minutes? Because I can think of far more bigotted moments in recent history:

Any vague provocation that lets the LibbyFucks tirade at their bogey man hallucinatory straw men is a good provocation. One can only hope that insane, reactive people with intense personality disorders are only a minority of the population, but given disproportionate attention by the manipulative pols.

The problem is that the left is using the 2016-2017 playbook.

And unfortunately, the year is now 2019 and it doesn't work anymore.

The play is simple ...

Jab: I don't want my daughter/sister hanging out with this guy

Answer: No shit Sherlock, even Trump's voters don't want him w/ their daughters.

Jab: Trump talks trash

Answer: What is it, 1985? Of course he talks trash, he's Donald Trump.

Jab: I wouldn't trust this sleazebag with a ten foot pole

Answer: Ok, how many times have you been within a ten foot radius of the Don? Let me guess? Never, because even if you visit NYC's Trump Tower, you're only on the ground level.

So the racist thing is just a more spruced up 'Trash Talking' play which BTW, was already done with the Shitty country remarks which is now 1.x years old.

I wish the Squad would hoist a well Facebook publicized Coup against Trump.
I wish Cummings would call for the Capital Police to arrest Trump for racism, and he has proof because a long time ago someone told him to go back to where he came from.
I wish the Hollywood cry Bullies, would bum rush the White House lawn screaming obscenities while carrying bicycle locks.

So Trump could declare Marshall Law for Liberals and suspend elections indefinitely.

Racism should be an impeachable offense. Anyone supporting affirmative action should be impeached/fired/waterboarded...

I see it all too often. Just this morning a liberal told me I was a piece of shit for having a differing point of view. Most people on the internet are just looking for an anonymous place they can vent their anger. I think there is a lot of unhappy angry people in the world and right here in the states. That's why I like Patric.NET because I found much more reasonable intellectual arguments presented, other than, f**k you, you're a piece of shit for believing Trump is not a racist and for sharing the opinion.
