Passing the bill is one thing, reality is another thing. The cities will come up with ways to collect their excessive fees. Otherwise, how can they afford to pay for their pension? City employees are a bunch of lazy asses. They want to bill their hours w/o doing much work. Someone has to pay for those lazy hours. Oh, that would be the average Joes and Janes and the developers. 🤬🤬🤬
