We had Rodney King riots in LA in early 90s, this was when we had a black mayor. Looked about same. Koreans fought em off.

I'd think that by now, most ppl would use a VPN and not their local ISP, for internet surfing.
This way, whether or not I'm in Montreal, boinking away, or in Boston, drinking away, I'm only at my VPN site (NYC, DC, SF, etc).
