Remember the YEARS upon Years the Liberals has chastised us about the Koch Brothers to party shame everyone they disagreed with. Turns out the Koch Bros. were the Liberal's inside Man
The koch bros like all rich republicans want cheap immigrant labor which makes them liberals.
I also notice bretibart left out the part about legal immigrants cannot get any benefits for 5 years. Whoops.
EA is available to many immigrants with legal status including refugees,
lawful permanent residents and persons residing in the U.S. under color of
law.
For a full definition of eligible non-citizens, see 106 CMR 203.675.
If any member of your household has one of these statuses or is a U.S.
citizen, your entire household meets this requirement. 760 CMR 67.02(7).
For example, if a mother and one child are undocumented but the
youngest child is a legal permanent resident, the entire household has
eligible immigration status for EA shelter.
For EA shelter purposes, a household consists of at least one child,
parents, step-parent or caretaker relatives, legal guardians, and siblings
(including half- and step- siblings) of the child. For example, a family
consisting of a child, her mother, stepfather, and stepsister are seeking EA,
but only the stepsister is a U.S. citizen or has eligible status, the entire
household has eligible immigration status for EA.
In July 2012, DHCD began verifying that all members of a family seeking
shelter are residents of the Commonwealth. 760 CMR 67.02(1)(c).
Any third-party verification that shows you are in the Commonwealth with
an intention to reside should be good enough to prove Massachusetts
residency.
I, Lashonda Hussein, Community Organizer of the Suffolk Legal Aid Society (Branch "Ashatta Shakur"), verify that Ines Guadeloupe and her two children have an intention to reside in Mass. Now give her tax dollars taken from those White Colonialist Bourgeois Oppressors!

1. What is EAEDC?
EAEDC stands for "Emergency Assistance to Elderly, Disabled and Children." It is a cash benefit.
8. I'm not a citizen. Can I still get EAEDC?
If you are living in the U.S. with an immigration status, you may be able to get EAEDC. You may be able to get EAEDC if you are:
a legal permanent resident,
a refugee or an asylee,
a Cuban/Haitian immigrant,
a parolee; or
if you are "permanently residing under color of law" (PRUCOL), or if immigration officials are aware that you are in the U.S. and do not intend to deport you.
You will need to show DTA proof of your immigration status. This can be a copy of any document you have. If you do not have any document, you can use a letter written by your lawyer or a copy of a receipt.
Income from your immigration sponsor is not counted. You also do not have to be in the U.S. with an immigration status 5 years before you can get EAEDC. Some immigrants who are not eligible for TAFDC may be eligible for EAEDC.
But do not go to INS without talking to a lawyer first. In some cases, getting EAEDC or other welfare benefits may hurt your immigration case.
Yes, the Koch brothers agree with the liberal "open border" policy to make poor American citizens even poorer by driving down their wages. So that does put the Koch brothers on the liberal side of this issue.
