These title IX feminazi bullshit proceedings read like Kafka's trial or castle. But leftoids are now wrestling toxic masculinity vs discrimination against blacks here, oh the mother of cognitive dissonances. Don't send your kid to college. Mizzou may have only a handful students left anyways.

Liberals yet again prove their insanity, in case someone for a second thought otherwise.

An African-American graduate student at the University of Missouri was suspended after asking a white woman on a date... The suspension still terminated his participation in his doctoral program, effectively ending his academic career.

He sued on multiple grounds, including violation of due process rights, sex and race-based discrimination, and argued that the rules on harassment and stalking were too vague.

Mizzou attempted to dismiss the lawsuit, but U.S. District Court Judge Brian C. Wimes upheld many of John’s claims, including claims that he was retaliated against for exercising his First Amendment rights in sending his dance instructor that letter, the school’s policy against stalking was too vague, part of his due process claims, and his race-related claims.

The problem is that we have a kangaroo court system at universities and corporations which renders verdicts based on the ideology of the moment and not on laws.

A lot of damage has been done here. I see many females absolutely getting riled up on the Brock Turner appeal with the lawyer stating "he never intended rape/intercourse", almost demanding execution of Turner, while, at same time, many find it totally acceptable that the illegal alien that killed Kate Steinle gets off free, since "he never intended to murder/kill her". Cognitive dissonance at its best again. Either you hold both accountable or none.
