- equality under law requires marriage equality because we have many laws and rights based on marriage
- as vile and corrupt as the Democrats are, the Republicans are far more evil and their policies far more destructive and dangerous

2. What Michelle Obama says does not affect the fact that Barrack Obama was born in Hawaii and that Hawaii was a state (and certainly part of the United States) at the time Barrack was born.
3. The determination of birth is where Obama was physically born, which is Honolulu's Kapi'olani Medical Center. This has been confirmed by the hospital and by official records and the newspapers of the day.
