I know only one person who works at One Medical Group; he's very smart, and capable. They have multiple locations nationwide; in SFBA, they publish a (high) fee schedule and even take one Obamneycare policy.
I'm a bit confused how they can both take insurance and ensure that they see patients the same day. Other than going to different doctors and/or locations each time. I understand that they can do a lot of stuff over the phone, but most concierge/DPC models are based on the notion of having more access to the doctor (ensured by the membership fee) and also having more time to spend talking to the doctor if that is needed.
Most encourage a patient to keep a high deductible health policy and negotiate deals with labs or other doctors to have a cash pay price for other incidentals and procedures (such as imaging studies, colonoscopies, labwork etc).
Other concierge practices have a more a la carte menu of offerings in addition to the membership fee.
