Jose Luis De Haro of El Economista on the New York Stock Exchange recently about the economy and the upcoming U.S. Presidential elections. "It's likely [the U.S.] will have weakness, if not a recession," said Shiller commenting on the economic outlook.  "It's kind of a trend. OK, but shouldn't the retirement age in Greece be higher, more like substantially higher than it is in Germany? Currently the retirement age in Germany is higher than it is in Greece.

The scary thing is that Romney wants a fight with Russia. He said in his foreign policy speech that Putin is enemy number 1. He is way over his head talking neocon. Putin will never allow the missile shield which would change the balance of power between the US and Russia. Putin will destroy it and Romney will cry like a teenager. Or, we will all be destroyed. Don't vote neocon. Don't vote Romney.

Maybe, must maybe, the retirement age doesn't mean diddly. I got a great idea, how about just move it up to say 120. That'll show 'em! I love austerity, it's always lovingly applied to the peasants and never to the bankers.

Why do you think they are tanking the dollar Wong? They are doing so to try to bolster exports. It is not as easy as it looks. Austerity does not work and can actually increase debt.
