Meet Peter Wilcox Scientists may have come up with a type of super potatoes and if they catch on with consumers, the discoveries could help bolster the Central Valley potato crop, which is one of he states largest field crops but which is only a fraction of the value of such crops as almonds, pistachios, grapes and strawberries.
