Builders are trying to unload lots in this very high-end, gated and guarded subdivision. HOA is very anal about what you can and can not build.

Fantastic Value. This beautiful 1.11 ac. homesite has it all. Great location, nice orientation, south north exposure, wide property dimensions, and nice oaks and elms with gentle topography making for both a builder and family friendly homesite.
