None of the men and women who voted for this bill has any right to speak in public about the rule of law anymore, or to take a high moral view of the Third Reich, or to wax poetic about the American Idea...If the government can round up someone and never be required to explain why, then it's no longer the United States of America as you and I always understood it. Our enemies have succeeded beyond their wildest dreams. They have made us become like them.

An entire generation was raised by parents who believed the most important thing they could do for their kids is build their confidence. Being confident was seen as the one and only key to success. And boy are we reaping what we've sowed.

Millennials in the workforce: Cocky, careless and confident

The one good thing about them is that they "aren't willing to pay their dues". The who paying your dues thing is bullshit. A company will take advantage of you for years or decades (if you're lucky) and leave you high and dry when it comes to pensions or advancement. Companies don't reciprocate generosity, hard-work, commitment, or loyalty. At least the Millennials are smart enough to figure this out.

So I have no problem with Millennials refusing to pay their dues. They should demand rights to their cut of the pie up front in writing before doing any work. If they have the balls to do this -- and I hope they do even though I doubt it -- it will shift the balance of power back between capital and wealth producers to something sensible.

However, the other complaints of the Millennials are valid.
